The compressor on my LG refrigerator failed. I called a number of places but only Rogness could take care of it promptly. In fact, I called at 10 a.m. and Kevin was at my house at my house the same afternoon. He was very pleasant, and the repair went perfectly. His price was lower than the amount others had quoted me. I could not be more pleased!

Repairman diagnosed the problems and quickly made the necessary repairs.

He had to order a part and come back. One person came out to complete the service. He was good. He explained it. He left it clean.

I haven't used them in a while. They got kind of expensive. I don't remember what the price was but I remember thinking wow that was a lot just to tell me it wasn't worth fixing. I thought they could apply it to an appliance or something in their store. I used to use them a lot and I thought they just kept getting more expensive. They are a lot more than other stores. So we ended up not buying it from them. They would always come quickly. In the past I have always had good experiences with them but this last time I was just disappointed. I felt negative enough about the price that I went somewhere else. They have been helpful in the past. Maybe they didn't overcharge me and it was just me. The repairs they have done in the past I felt were really reasonable but it was just this time they couldn't fix it. I realize they had to spend time to look at it.

They went through and checked all the possible problems and recommended and did a reset on the system and it fixed the problem without needing to replace any parts. Works great now.

Serviceman needed to replace the panel on the microwave, had to order the part, came back as soon as the part was received. Everything went well, nice guy who did the repair.

They are very good at repairing large appliances. They are in the sales industry too, but it's refreshing to know that they will do great work and won't push for selling a new appliance until it necessary.

Excellent. The tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem after investigating and ruling out what I thought was the core issue, and took corrective action.

Called for service and got an appointment the next day. Kevin was there on time and was able to efficiently diagnose and fix the problem. Freezer heater was out and not only did Kevin have the part readily available in his truck, he also spent time chiseling away built up ice on the inside on the freezer. Excellent Service! Glad I made the call!

We were given an appointment for the day after we called, Kevin arrived at the scheduled time and very efficiently diagnosed and fixed our appliances. Great after-sales (service) follow-up, too.

I called for an appointment, they were available the following day.  The repair man showed up on time, was courteous and helpful.  He identified the problem, which was the same problem I expected.  We discussed the benefits of the older washing machines compared to the newer models, which are not as well made or last as long.
It was an easy decision to repair my old washing machine, rather than purchase a new one.  The repair man was quick and knowledgeable.

First visit determined the problem - quickly!
Second visit came just a few days later, after parts showed up. Personable & efficient work.
We've used them before (dishwasher) and will likely use them again!

They had an opening within 48 hours of when I called to fix our appliances. They have a fixed initial service call rate that covers the first 15 minutes of time as well. Then its billed out in 15 minute increments. I called as our dryer stopped working. Kevin was so quick in repairing this (and he had the part in his truck), I had him fix our dishwasher, ice maker in our freezer, freezer door and he was able to disassemble our over door to be cleaned all in 30 minutes! Very professional and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!

The refrigerator/freezer works perfectly and humms along much quieter than the original Whirlpool fan.

Discovered that the refer light was on, but it was not cooling in the freezer or non-freezer sections. Looked up service organizations on Angies list and found Rogness Service and Sales out of Hopkins who we had used in the past. Although the repair service was unsure when they would arrive it would deffinately early afternoon today. The service man had a control board in his vehicle because based on my description of the problem this was most likely the problem. The refer began to work. We found that the freezer did indeed work but was not cooling the non freezer section. We reported this to Rogness Service and Sales and they returned ealy the next day thermostat sensor for the non-freezer portion of the refer and it now works fine. Very professional.

The entire experience was outstanding

We had a leak in our dishwasher so that a small amount of water would end up on our wood floor each time we ran the machine. We had another (to be unnamed) company out to fix it. He said we needed a new door seal and that the cost would almost make it cheaper to buy a new machine, which he was happy to sell us. The service tech from came the day after we called, immediately diagnosed the problem as a leaky seal around the soap dispenser, sold us a $14 part, installed it and was on his way in less than 45 minutes. Has not leaked since. Excellent workmanship and cleaned up after himself very well.
