Appliances are being built cheaper to beat the competition. This can be said for my new GE refrigerator. six months ago we had to replace the entire compressor assembly. The new (more powerful) unit vibrated so loud it kept us awake at night. Thank God for Warner Stellian's appliance service. The extra price was well worth it. The repairman rewrapped a Freon reduction fitting that was vibrating and quieted the entire noise. These guys know their stuff.

Bought a floor model Dacor column fridge, was told it came with the full warranty. Unit broke around 22 months later(2 years parts and labor). Dacor said it only had a 1 year parts coverage. WS did provide some service but after a month of messing with it, said it needed to be replaced. after 3 more months of WS saying they couldn't get ahold of Dacor and Dacor saying WS wasn't getting ahold of them, WS said they will only give me my money back and won't repair or replace the fridge unless I want to pay the difference at a full retail price. No consideration for months without a unit, no consideration for wrecking our families Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Just a "there's the door" attitude. The kicker is that our drier died around Christmas and I went and bought a top of the line set there, because at the time, it seemed like they were going to take care of us.

Excellent customer service!!! Jeff went above and beyond to provide our family with a working washing machine at a very competitive price the week of Christmas this year! I appreciate the care that he and the staff at Warner Stellian have taken to ensure that this customer was more than satisfied. I will definitely be back to purchase future appliances and plan to tell my family and friends about the wonderful way I was treated by the staff at Warner Stellian. We purchased a Samsung washer from Warner Stellian last week and it was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately, the washer was a lemon and failed out of the box. I called and asked to speak to a manager to find out possible solutions as our family needed a replacement washer as soon as possible. Jeff spoke with me right away and provided me with a replacement option that was above my expectations! He was open to my suggestions and very reasonable to talk with regarding all of my concerns. I greatly appreciate that while the product failure was not Warner Stellian's fault, Jeff and his staff went above and beyond to fix the problem. I have purchased a number of appliances from Warner Stellian on Snelling in the past and as mentioned above, I will definitely shop there again! Thank you!

After a two month ordeal with Home Depot and their third party delivery company, I cancelled the order and called Warner's Stellian. The phone salesman matched the price on the exact models. I scheduled delivery the following week, and the guys showed up early. Jeff and Z were prompt and professional, worlds better than the Home Depot contractors who damaged my original units when they attempted delivery. Warner's Stellian wasn't my first choice originally because a) Home Depot had better prices at the time, and b) I've experience Warner's Stellian in store sales folks to be a bit pushy and working to quickly to the close. But now they will always be my first choice. They rescued me from an unbearable situation, the delivery crew was outstanding, and I enjoyed the phone sales experience.

They job was done very poorly. The installer crossed the wrong wires and left the unit live at 120 volts. It was flashing a warning when he left, but he attributed it to cold weather. My husband was shocked strongly by the live current. The company would not give this a priority, they refused to send someone out immediately to fix it, ( said their next available appointment was 6 days later) and they were full of lame excuses and canned responses. We went to Home Depot and bought the correct electrical cord and he fixed it himself. A good customer lost over shoddy customer support for a very dangerous situation.

Well, my parents always went there. I know the owner. Interacting with the sales people is very good. The installation, that didn't go so hot. It was wasn't their fault, It was because of my wiring on my dishwasher. The gentleman that came out here, delivered it and took my other one away, he was great. He was very sorry but, he had to take my  dishwasher away and I had this big hole in my kitchen where the dishwasher was. And I do not like washing dishes. And I called other companies to hook it up, to do the wiring and wasn't getting anywhere until I called Mr. Starkey. They had to leave my dishwasher which, take my dishwasher. After I got all  hooked up, I called them right away and they came out the next day and hooked it up for me.

In July 2015, I bought an entire houseful of appliances from Warner's Stellian in Apple Valley. Sales, delivery and installation went very well. Super professional. In July 2016, two days after the initial one year total warranty on the dryer expired, the electronics on the dryer froze up. (I read the warranty and it did have 2 years on electronics.) I tried calling repairs a number of times and leaving voice mails. Those were never returned. I finally got through to a live person after multiple calls. I explained that I had left a number of voice mails. She told me that they were behind and weren't checking voice mails. Then she argued with me about the warranty. She finally had to talk to a supervisor and determined that yes, the electronics were under warranty. Then she told me that I had to pay $99 for the service call. I explained that I bought 5 major appliances at once and that the dryer literally died 2 days after the one year warranty. They finally reduced the service call fee to $50. At this point, I'd been on the phone for 30 minutes. They would not schedule a "repair" by ordering a part but first wanted someone to come look at it. (Their service people do not work evenings or weekends so I had to take 1/2 a day off of work.) Note--The service people did show up on time and were very nice. None of this is the fault of the guys actually doing the work. It's the office that is a complete disaster, not the actual technicians. They asked why I didn't schedule a repair rather than a look-see and I explained that their office wouldn't do that. They both rolled their eyes in sympathy. Sure enough, the electronic panel, that is under warranty is bad and they ordered a new one. It's been 10 days and still hasn't arrived. i am now 3 weeks without a clothes dryer. Had I known how bad the service department was, I would never have bought from Warner's Stellian. I've since looked at on-line reviews and my experience is not unique.

The sales person was excellent. He arranged it so that we could have a Saturday delivery, which worked really well for us. Dryer works great, service was great. They called before they came so we knew they were coming. They even set up the dryer hose and put a corner vent so I wouldn't have to hook it up by myself.

Our freezer has now been out for over a week.  While the condenser came in after a week; it is going to be another week before they can come to do the repair.  They needed the money in full, upfront, for the service call, part and installation.  We have needed to purchase $50 worth of dry ice so far and expect at least another $25 if they are able to complete the work "on time".  We are very disappointed in the job completion time frame; after spending a good amount of money on the appliance which is only 8 years old (which we purchased through Warner Stellian) we would expect to be able to have our freezer functional in a more timely manner.  The job is not complete at this time.
