"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. This is my second time using Omega Force to repair an appliance and I highly recommend contacting them for any appliance repair"

"My freezer went out in the middle of the week, and after calling a couple of other places, I was pleased to find that SOS could send someone out as early as the next day.  The repairman was prompt, professional, and concise.  I noticed that he took his shoes off at the door without me asking, which I (and my hard wood floors) appreciated.  It was about 30 minutes worth of work, which he completed in 30 minutes.  I also appreciated the $20 instant discount for being an Angie's list member.  
I intend to call them again with any appliance issues in the future.
That being said, I rated price a B, not because it was high, but just a really small thing I'd like to see improved for the future. Up front I committed to a diagnostic fee in the event I did not accept the service ( which makes perfect business sense and provides assurance that I'm a serious customer), but the repairman quoted me a price ( only verbally) that perhaps came from his computer or his experience, but I think I would have felt a bit of assurance myself to have seen a listing of prices next to services. Again, small thing, I'd still recommend SOS to anyone."

"Buyer’s remorse. This company reached out to me with an offer to inspect my HVAC unit for free. The inspector/sales person was very friendly, and he seemed knowledgeable. He said my furnace was dangerous to use because the heat exchanger was damaged. He urged me to turn it off and not use it. Because it was winter, and I would spend the weekend using space heaters, I just accepted his offer without checking second opinions. The technicians also we’re punctual, helpful, easy to work with, etc., but the job cost me $7880. From asking around, I now see that a standard price would’ve been more like $5000, perhaps $6000 at the high end. I feel as if I was gouged big time, and now I’m not even sure I needed a new HVAC unit (mine was about 12 years old). I wish I had gotten other opinions and estimates."
