Crew showed up on time, reviewed job with foreman & got set up & right to work on my small re-siding job. I had removed old siding so new siding install & cleanup was done in 4 Hrs. Foreman reviewed finished work & wanted to add more caulking & crew came back the same day to complete. Product was good quality & install was per manufacturer. Extra material was removed in a couple of days"

"They were great to work with and professional. My attic had very little insulation and this made a huge difference in the heating and cooling. My house would warm up quickly and cooling it down was difficult or required the AC running all night to cool it. After the installation, it’s noticeably slower to warm up and at the same time, the heat loss was slower too. I’m betting this will make a huge difference this coming winter."

"I hired Joe (owner) and his team to replace my old masonsite siding with new vinyl, and install new gutters. Joe was transparent from our first interaction and listened to what I wanted. When they started the job I was surprised to see Joe helping his crew and working alongside his team, making sure everything was done perfectly. His team was professional, efficient, and very accommodating always asking permission if they could stay late, come early, or if I was okay if they stopped by on the weekend. "I want to thank Arne and his crew from Houle Insulation Inc for the fantastic job they did on the removal and installation of insulation in my attic and basement rim joists. First off I got bids from at least 6 different vendors and all of those were rated high and were Xcel certified for rebates. One of them (I won’t name, but they specialize in “green” foam insulation) didn’t even inspect the attic area and just wrote down 2 prices, on company letterhead, one of the attic, and one for the basement rim joists for a whopping $9200 and said if I agreed right then, he’d knock off $1000. The other 5 were MUCH better and had similar quotes for the work to be done. Arne was by far the best one I had dealt with, and gave the most informative feedback on the work that needed to be done. Houle’s quote wasn’t the lowest, but after going over the other 2 that were in contention, Houle’s was the best. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule, but the day of the project they were here promptly and got right to work. I had insulation removed so a dumpster was delivered the day before and boy, did they need that. All insulation was removed from attic and basement rim joists. They took the time in advance to put down drop cloths and plastics to keep my home as clean as possible given the messiness of the job. The insulatanin and old chutes were removed, new larger and more in quantity were installed. The attic decking was air sealed and cellulose was blown in to get my R-value to 60. In basement the “pink” fiberglass was removed and it was foam sealed to R21. The previous insulation was “good” but I can’t believe how noticeable it has already been. During the last heat spell, the upstairs just radiated and maintained the heat so cooling naturally or with AC was a challenge and the temps on main level would be 5+degrees different. After Houle’s work, the upstairs no longer gets as hot and the temps are balanced and with AC on I can get the temps even to a degree, and it stays that way, don’t need to run the AC as often. I can’t wait to see how it will be when I have to run the furnace. In closing, there are at least 2 other companies in the Metro that I would consider to insulate my home, and even those 2 spoke highly of Houle Insulation Inc, and you will too if you need their service."

"Everything went really well! It took awhile (6 months) for the windows to come and the front exterior door about another month, but once they were here installation happened in about 3 days with a couple more days for paint touch ups. We replaced 15 windows, the front exterior door with 2 sidelites and the interior door to the garage. We ordered the windows prestained and then the trim was finished before installation. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and Rick was great facilitating everything. Everything passed our local inspections and looks great! We highly recommend Eagle Siding and would hire them again!"

On Tuesday morning David came to my home. He fixed a broken kitchen cabinet, repaired a broken fence in my backyard, and gave me tips on an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. "Bill came to the house and provided an estimate with a couple options because of the garage. We did not have a deadline so Bill tried to find a time when we weren't facing rainstorms. Scaffolding was erected first around the house. When they began work plastic tarps were laid out and cleaned up every day as they completed the work. Re-dashing involved a base coat, which was brushed on and then a texture with a slightly darker color, which was troweled on. The base was applied very thoroughly and the texture artistically. With a couple of interruptions for rain the process took about a week and a half. The estimate was $7200 to $8600 depending on options. We did a third option and the cost was $7500. We could not be more pleased with the work and the results and we would highly recommend them for anyone doing a re-dash."
