"Material was deliver & after a weeks weather delay job started with foreman arriving early to verify all materials were on site. Crew showed up on time, reviewed job with foreman & got set up & right to work on my small re-siding job. I had removed old siding so new siding install & cleanup was done in 4 Hrs. Foreman reviewed finished work & wanted to add more caulking & crew came back the same day to complete. Product was good quality & install was per manufacturer. Extra material was removed in a couple of days"

"After having an in-home inspection and evaluation, I requested a formal proposal for upgrading my existing attic insulation to R-50 and also air-seal the attic against any possible air leaks. After discussing the proposal, I approved it and an installation date was set. On the day of the installation, a crew of three arrived at the scheduled time. They got right to work and had the job completed in about three hours. During the installation process, the guys took a number of photos showing each phase of the project(which were later emailed to me). I also had a chance to view the finished work before they sealed up the attic access hatch. Then, before leaving, the guys did a good job cleaning up. Every member of the USA Insulation team I had contact with - from management, to office staff, and installers, were great to work with. They were pleasant, technically competent, displayed attention to detail, and believe in the importance of good customer service. Well done everyone!"

"I hired Joe (owner) and his team to replace my old masonsite siding with new vinyl, and install new gutters. Joe was transparent from our first interaction and listened to what I wanted. When they started the job I was surprised to see Joe helping his crew and working alongside his team, making sure everything was done perfectly. "I want to thank Arne and his crew from Houle Insulation Inc for the fantastic job they did on the removal and installation of insulation in my attic and basement rim joists. First off I got bids from at least 6 different vendors and all of those were rated high and were Xcel certified for rebates. One of them (I won’t name, but they specialize in “green” foam insulation) didn’t even inspect the attic area and just wrote down 2 prices, on company letterhead, one of the attic, and one for the basement rim joists for a whopping $9200 and said if I agreed right then, he’d knock off $1000. The other 5 were MUCH better and had similar quotes for the work to be done. Arne was by far the best one I had dealt with, and gave the most informative feedback on the work that needed to be done. Houle’s quote wasn’t the lowest, but after going over the other 2 that were in contention, Houle’s was the best. It took a few weeks to get on the schedule, but the day of the project they were here promptly and got right to work. I had insulation removed so a dumpster was delivered the day before and boy, did they need that. All insulation was removed from attic and basement rim joists. They took the time in advance to put down drop cloths and plastics to keep my home as clean as possible given the messiness of the job. The insulatanin and old chutes were removed, new larger and more in quantity were installed. The attic decking was air sealed and cellulose was blown in to get my R-value to 60. In basement the “pink” fiberglass was removed and it was foam sealed to R21. The previous insulation was “good” but I can’t believe how noticeable it has already been. During the last heat spell, the upstairs just radiated and maintained the heat so cooling naturally or with AC was a challenge and the temps on main level would be 5+degrees different. After Houle’s work, the upstairs no longer gets as hot and the temps are balanced and with AC on I can get the temps even to a degree, and it stays that way, don’t need to run the AC as often. I can’t wait to see how it will be when I have to run the furnace. In closing, there are at least 2 other companies in the Metro that I would consider to insulate my home, and even those 2 spoke highly of Houle Insulation Inc, and you will too if you need their service."

"Everything went really well! It took awhile (6 months) for the windows to come and the front exterior door about another month, but once they were here installation happened in about 3 days with a couple more days for paint touch ups. We replaced 15 windows, the front exterior door with 2 sidelites and the interior door to the garage. We ordered the windows prestained and then the trim was finished before installation. The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and Rick was great facilitating everything. Everything passed our local inspections and looks great! We highly recommend Eagle Siding and would hire them again!"

This was a very good experience from the beginning.  My contact was always with Bill McClellan, who would always return phone calls timely.  I had some cracks in my garage stucco due to normal settling and wanted them patched. The estimate was the same as I'd gotten from another company, but Bill provided more detailed information about the repairs, and mentioned that one of the areas required new metal lath.  He also offered me an Angie's list discount.

The work crew did a great job. They used a drop cloth and tape around the service door.  The work was efficient, too.  I saw the truck, the work and clean up was done quickly, and suddenly the truck was gone.  I needed to have one additional patch done and, again, I looked out the window and saw that it had been completed (early on a Saturday morning).

I would not hesitate to use this company again.  I did meet Bill in person and he is a very easy person to work with, but also is professional.
