Very informative and professional. Would highly recommend.

They were great to work with and professional. My attic had very little insulation and this made a huge difference in the heating and cooling. My house would warm up quickly and cooling it down was difficult or required the AC running all night to cool it. After the installation, it’s noticeably slower to warm up and at the same time, the heat loss was slower too. I’m betting this will make a huge difference this coming winter.

Great job insulating our attic.

In need of insulation in our lower level bedroom (where there was NONE!), I cold-called USA Insulation in search of information. The fellow on the phone was fantastic, friendly, and conversational. He gave me the low-down quickly and answered my basic questions in a laid-back manner. The rep that came out was just as amazing. He was very informative, handled his examination quickly, and most importantly of all, ZERO pressure and NO sense of someone just trying to close a sale. The gal with whom I spoke to confirm the appointment was SUPER friendly and thanked me for calling back due to missing her call. Lastly, the crew who did the work ROCKED it! In and out in 90 minutes, respected our space, and even vacuumed the ENTIRE bedroom when the work was done! On top of all that, impeccable manners and friendliness, offering his name immediately and saying it was nice to meet me! Wow!! I would go to USA Insulation again in a HEARTBEAT, and wouldn't hesitate AT ALL to recommend! 10/10 A+++!

The crew was great.

The project went well. Crew showed up on time and provided cleanup at the conclusion. I was thrilled to find a woman owned company to do the project.

I normally donâ t give 5 starts east but this one deserved it. One of the best company - best customer service . The price they charge very reasonable compared to other 3 bids I got for same work. They cleaned the place well after job was completed . I would highly recommend the company.

I was hesitant about installing insulation in both the attic and walls, but am really glad I did. My split level was so hot upstairs in the summer and I immediately noticed an incredibly comfortable difference on the next 80+ degree day. They also made sure I knew about rebates and tax credits available. So helpful! Thank you, USA Insulation!

We had a small job, just adding a foot of insulation over about 2000 square feet. USA insulation scheduled my job in conjunction with other work, so that it could be done economically. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

They were excellent, from start to finish . The job was reasonably priced.

Microwave lost power during the installation process and they are sending an electrician out to fix it at no cost to me.

They are not the largest in the area. Although that is a good thing, because they are not big enough to think they can ignore your questions. But the highlights of the deal is that they make their own form insulation. And they make sure to mix it without formaldehyde, the flammable substance that when taken out of the mix makes this foam insulation fire retardant. Which lowers your insurance rates.
