Make sure if you want a plumber, you get a plumber and not a handyman who has to look up how to fix the problem on YouTubeâ ¦..

Our first meeting was great and I’m happy with everything!

Salesman was even responsive from family trip! Installer was a craftsman.

Installers and sales rep were great. Waited a very long time from payment to install with no contact from company. Charged by Home Depot credit without having any product. They insisted on charging late fees on product I did not have until after roving this fact and much time on phone.

Dealings we're professional from the start to finish. Received email updates keeping me updated during pandemic delays. The installer did a wonderful job. I am very happy with the finished bath and flooring.

Great a few things they had to come and adjust and made it right

There was little to no communication. I had to call for updates as to when the project was to begin. It was almost 12 weeks longer than expected to begin. The they were missing a small item and that took another two months with many calls to the company. This one day project finally finished eight months after signing the contract

Salesperson was very informative on the product he was selling. Very good guality windows.

Top notch. Took a while because it's all ordered custom, but totally worth it.

They still have done the work, even though we paid half up front. Say its still in production. We used them based on their ability to do it by a certain date, ( even though they would not put it in writing- our mistake) and it has been even longer than they said it would be.

This company was the worst. It took them over three months to complete. Customer service was the worst that I have ever encountered. Workmanship terrible. Would never have any work done by this company again!!!!

Customer service was terrible- Did not tell us the 18mth 0% financing started before the job was done. No one followed up to see if the job was done right and they showed up in a Re-Bath truck. We Would not have hired them if that was known. Prices are a bit steep!! The job was done nicely and product looks great!

The sales person was very courteous and knew the product well. We have decided to use the products and services.

Better communication would be nice before and after the project. It was more like a sales pitch, the work was done, the area was left dirty, and I have not heard from anyone but the inspector since the work was done.

Excellent experience with Your Home Improvement! Blake was very impressive, he sold me on his 1st visit! Blake explained what to expect and everything went exactly as he said. He also has great taste as I went with his suggestion for pattern and fixtures and the result was beyond my expectations! Wayne came to my home at 7:30 in the morning and finished the job by 2:30! He worked very hard and his attention to detail is great. Wayneâ s workmanship is amazing! Very good experience with Your Home Improvement from start to finish.

We were told our bathroom work would take 2 days to complete, it took 4 days. They did not leave the baseboard for the areas that needed mold removal. We did like Kevin the person who did the work, he was very professional. We were almost going to go with another company but we decided to go with them, Will and Travis then promised us restaurant gift cards which we never did receive. Would not recommend them and will not use them again.
