I called Joe to fix a leak that was coming in from my bathroom fan vents (after the first guy I called never showed up when he said he would fix it). He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!

I hired Joe (owner) and his team to replace my old masonsite siding with new vinyl, and install new gutters. Joe was transparent from our first interaction and listened to what I wanted. When they started the job I was surprised to see Joe helping his crew and working alongside his team, making sure everything was done perfectly. His team was professional, efficient, and very accommodating always asking permission if they could stay late, come early, or if I was okay if they stopped by on the weekend. Even with rain they worked quickly and made me feel like a priority. With my house being old there were a few things I didn’t prepare for, such as crumbling brick but Joe was quick to call it out and offer a solution at a reasonable cost. So glad I chose TD Roofing and Remodeling, very happy with how my house looks!

They did a great job. They had to come out this spring and fix the flashing that was leaking. It with no cost and no problems. I was very pleased with them. They didn't even quibble about charging for the repair. Quality is good because it's not leaking. They were very responsive when I called them in the early spring when it was too cold to do the work. They came out took a look at it and took responsibility. They came out when they said they would. They left the area clean and the workers were polite and genuine.

They did a good job. They had to come back out this spring and fix it with no cost and no problem. I was very pleased with them. It was the first time they were here. I’m very happy with them. I thought the price was fair. They were very fair, they were fine. They just did a great job. Probably 4 or 5 guys came out. The workers were all polite. They left the area clean.

TD Roofing & Remodeling is terrific! I highly recommend them. Joe (owner) promptly quoted my small repair job, while other companies wouldn’t even bother to return my calls. When Joe arrived at the scheduled day/time (right on time) to do the work, he was courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained the job and then set to work. The job was completed professionally, on schedule and at the quoted price. I’ve been thinking about upgrading my gutters, and I will definitely be contacting TD Roofing & Remodeling again when it’s time for that job. Thanks again, Joe!

Joe was very responsive. We met him at the Minneapolis Home & Garden Show, gave him our contact information, and he followed up immediately. He was on time for the initial assessment and was on time for start up. He was running several jobs simultaneously - my only complaint is he said he would start on Wed and be done Thurs morning - he started Wed as planned, but was finishing up at sunset on Friday night - no big deal, but if it's going to take 3 days, then bid 3 days. They ran out of shingles on Thursday and had to stop - that prevented the crew from finishing earlier.

Clean up was very good - I found a couple of nails in the driveway before someone ran over them with a car - other than that, the crew did a good job.

Workmanship was very good - Joe used a latino crew and they banged everything out very well. TD Roofing also gave us a discount for hooking up at the show as well as paying in cash.

I would recommend TD Roofing in the future - he's a go-getter that gets the job done. Overall, I rate the experince an A. Good job!

Joe and his crew were very friendly as well as professional. He gave me a variety of options and was able to do it the way I wanted. They are a smaller crew but did the work as fast as a larger crew and when they said they would do it. He offered me high quality shingles and it looks great.

Went great, including the follow up visit to fix the leak. Joe identified a second spot that would develop a leak and fixed that too. He was attentive, communicated quickly and Di the work expertly. Great job!

I had 2-3 issues with my roof that I was hoping to get answered and possibly repaired. Joe responded very quickly. He was also very thorough in accessing and explaining trouble spots throughout the exterior and was able to repair all spots I had concerns with.

Better than Sela!: I first met with Sela Roofing to get an estimate for my  roof, but there seemed to be little follow-through, and the sales representative's receptionist (let alone the sales rep.) didn't seem to remember who I was whenever I called. 
It was completely different when I met w/ Joe. He really worked with me to make sure I got the roof that I wanted. I changed my mind on the type of shingles I wanted several times before the installation date, and Joe was completely flexible and accommodating. He is also very detail-oriented, knowledgeable and nice to work with. He has a one-crew operation, so he is closely connected to the project from start to finish. The crew is extremely hard-working and meticulous. Joe followed-through in all respects, even with the tiny (but not-so-exciting) details at the end of the project. Our new roof and skylight look awesome! I'm so glad we chose Joe/TD Roofing!
