"EXCEPTIONAL Experience working with Bormann Brothers! From my first phone call with Steve Bormann to my new roof being completed, gutters and gutter guards installed, the whole process was seamless. Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. Bormann Brothers exceeded my expectations, I would hire them again and highly recommend them!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"I had a large branch from an oak tree fall over my house during a wind storm. I had my insurance company out for an inspection and was told I would need a new roof. J&B Roofing did a wonderful job with my new roof and wood repairs from the branch damage. Due to rumors about insurance abuse and fraud I felt the need to handle my claim on my own and Hilda from J&B Roofing was respectful of my decision. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"The work went pretty well overall. The work was done quickly--over two days--and efficiently. There was some problem with one of the roofers swearing (we have small kids at home) and some of our neighbor's plants got trampled. The biggest concern was with the person who did the estimate. Communication was delayed a number of times. Also, the original estimate for the flat roof section was several thousand dollars too low. Happily, replacing the flat roof was a separate section of the bid and we decided not to pursue that part of the project. However, the estimator should have gotten onto the flat roof section while doing the initial estimate to have gotten a more accurate read of the situation."

"Overall they did a great job. Excellent quality, professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, and communication throughout the project. Very detailed on their quoting process which transferred over to the project itself. Great teamwork with the crews and our project manager did a great job with a very positive attitude and went above and beyond to make us satisfied with each step. I would definitely hire this company if your looking for new siding. They were excellent!"

"Ryan was very helpful and HONEST. I chose to remove the shingles from my roof and I didn�t tarp it adequately. There was some rain that night and I called Ryan at 5:30 in the morning. He said he would come to help with whatever he could and was at my house at 6:00am! You don�t see this type of customer service anywhere anymore. The crews that put on the shingles, added the soffit and facia and did the gutters were professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.Overall I give 5 out of 5 stars (and I never give 5 out of 5�) Congrats to Wonderful Roofing! Brad R."
