Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. "Key Prime was one of four estimates I received. The owner showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed estimate for several different shingle products. The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
