Mike and his crew were the absolute best to work with. They worked diligently with our insurance to cover our new roof and siding which was so appreciated and kept us updated throughout the process. Roof was done in just a few days and siding was done in less than 2! The house looks beautiful and we couldnâ t be happier. Could not recommend Hampton more and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Be careful! Everything sounded great from start to finish. But in the end the appearance was shoddy. Shingles were bowed and haphazardly placed, Flashing was not replaced and I was told this was normal. Water pooled in one of the valleys which made me uncomfortable. Then the leaks started. Three visible leaks and one with enough water to soak a section of carpet. The salesman tried to help without success. Less than a year and a half later I needed a full roof replacement again. With a different company, of course.

Great experience getting my roof done. Mike gave a great quote and explained everything so I could understand it. His crew was here right when I was told they would be and worked hard for 8 hours and left with it looking good and everything cleaned up. When I called with questions he answered very quickly. All in all, GREAT JOB!!!

The crew was on time and finished in one day. They were very professional and hard working. Clean up was amazing! There was no debris left behind. We did not find a single nail and neither did our neighbors. Communication was impressive. Mike either answered our calls or got back to us very quickly. What could have been a stressful experience was actually pretty easy.

Was quick to answer info request on Angie's List (2 minutes), very personable, came out next day to give quote, fair cost, did everything as promised, crew knew what they were doing, did it fast & efficiently (guys were hustling the whole day), clean up was outstanding and they seemed to have fun while doing a tough job. Mike is outstanding person and they have an excellent team of roofers. They demonstrated very good attention to detail.. Replacing a roof is messy work and the did a really great job with cleanup. Our house is nearly 100 years old and we experienced significant issues with a different contractor which I wanted addressed by Mikeà ¢à  à  s team. We experienced leaks this winter from ice dams because of a substandard job done by a different roofing contractor several years ago. Mikeà ¢à  à  s team provided more than adequate coverage with à ¢à  à  ice and waterà ¢à  à  so we wonà ¢à  à  t have leaks again. Mike took a bunch of pictures to show how they addressed all of the issues created by other contractors. I worked in roofing and construction for years and have high standards with key details. Mike is very knowledgeable and took extra care to make sure all my requests were addressed and questions answered. I watched the team work for an hour and they impressed me with how efficient they worked. We have a steep roof with multiple valleys and they were able to complete the tear off, full replacement and clean up by 4:30 pm. Mike and Team are outstanding!!! I would hire them again without question!
