Yes, they put a tube about six inches into heat ducts and cold air returns and blow compressed air but with the size of this tube there is no volume. After they left, I looked at two of my three cold air return ducts and they had the same amount of dust and dirt in them as before they were "cleaned". I had looked at them before they arrived and could see no difference after they were done."
