Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. "Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."

"From start to finish I could not be more satisfied. Yes it was a small shed roof replacement. But I had to hire someone to do it. The initial estimate visit went quickly without my involv.ent. The estimate was totally acceptable and met my budget. The work was done perfectly to my satisfaction. A friendly crew and a likable owner. So accomodating. "They did a wonderful job. I had a leaky roof. They replaced singles as needed. Also replaced the plywood and re-roofed my patio roof. They even painted the new plywood on the underside. All their work and materials come with a lifetime warranty. I would definitely recommend them. I plan to have them to replace the rest of my roof when it is time."

"He came out, he started the job and then he disappeared, he spread debris and left the roof exposed, left the dumpster at the yard, blocking the entrance. The service was charged for anyway. This issue took place in October."

"Kerry and Adam, were great to work with. They always called back with any questions we had and were very pleasant. We had hail twice in one year August and October. Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out. The crews that work for them, that did our siding and roof and windows were all very pleasant and they also did a great job cleaning up."
