Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. "It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Ryan was very helpful and HONEST. I chose to remove the shingles from my roof and I didn�t tarp it adequately. There was some rain that night and I called Ryan at 5:30 in the morning. He said he would come to help with whatever he could and was at my house at 6:00am! You don�t see this type of customer service anywhere anymore. The crews that put on the shingles, added the soffit and facia and did the gutters were professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.Overall I give 5 out of 5 stars (and I never give 5 out of 5�) Congrats to Wonderful Roofing! Brad R."
