Such a great help, worked to fix my one air conditioner unit and was able to get it running. We had another unit that we replaced. They were there on time, the install was so smooth and they cleaned up after! Amazing! And with these hot days we really appreciate the perfect indoor temperatures.

A]- Steve was the only person who called me Saturday evening. The Michigan-v-Iowa game was coming on B]- Steve was very professional in the call. He inquired if I needed him to come over Saturday night. Very considerate. I told him I thought I could keep the house warm enough until Sunday C]- He found the house with no trouble, and was punctual Sunday morning. D]- He diagnosed the problem in less than two minutes E]- He affected repair immediately, and quickly fixed the problem F]- He explained the repair thoroughly, in layman's terms G]- He was very Gentlemanly, polite, & respectful to my family members H]- There was ZERO mess to clean up I]- He abided by all COVID protocols J]- The price was very reasonable K]- It honestly reminded me of just standing there with one of my brothers or dad back in the day & fixing something. I'd say money well spent, & a fine Gentleman to meet Cripes, I'm almost half way through the alphabet... anybody reading this review should just stop reading, and call Steve right now!
