"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Overall, i was very impressed with the professionalism and skilled work performed by the owner Tim and his crew. The moment I called to get a quote, I knew I had made the right decision. Tim was very courteous, professional and accommodating. I was able to schedule a visit for my home the next day. The day of the quote I was very surprised to get a call from Tim saying that he was on the way and he gave me an estimated time of arrival. Right after I greeted him at my door, he put on some shoe covers before he set foot into my house. I was extremely impressed with this action. Tim then proceeded to inspect the inside of my chimney, the basement portion of my chimney, the outside portion of the chimney that was covered within my garage and the portion of the chimney that was above the roof. He told me that the chimney portion that was outside and above the roof was the only part that need to be replaced. He said there were a lot of broken and missing bricks and the chimney did not have a cap. He said the inside of the chimney and the outside of the chimney within the garage and the base of the chimney in the basement looked really good and didn't need any repair. However, he did say that the damper inside the chimney needed to be replaced, especially since it easily fell off in his hand. He suggested installing a damper above the chimney cap with a chain inside the chimney and anchored near the indoor fireplace door for easy access. His quote was extremely reasonable and within my budget. His honesty and professionalism is what set him apart from the 4 other chimney repair quotes I had received. I scheduled to have my chimney repaired a few weeks later. Since I was planning to have my roof replaced, Tim suggested that I get a date for that first then call him to schedule a date for the chimney repair. Once the roof date was set, Tim and his crew came a few days before and repaired my chimney. On the scheduled day for the chimney repair, Tim called me to say he was on the way and gave an estimated time of arrival. Tim and his crew immediately began tearing down the chimney. I had to leave my house right after they arrived so I didn't get to watch the whole procedure. However, a few minutes later, I did get a call from Tim saying that they discovered carpenter ants behind the chimney next to the roof eaves. He said I needed to call a pest control company. Other than that, Tim said everything was going well. The first things I noticed when I came back home was the finished chimney with the new cap and the new bricks that closely matched the color of the remaining bricks that didn't need to be replaced. The chimney looked absolutely perfect! Tim and his crew were still there cleaning up any brick debris when I arrived. Tim told me that he had forgotten to order the damper earlier and that it would arrive in a few days; He was very apologetic for this He said that the charge would be removed from the work that was done today. He said that once he received the damper, he would install the damper and only charge me for the part and not the labor. A few days later, Tim called to schedule a date to install the damper and once again he called to give an estimated time of arrival. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job repairing my chimney. I would definitely call B & G Masonry again for any future repairs or if I needed a new chimney."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They took my 1st half deposit and then vanished. I have called multiple times. Spoke with someone once and they promised a call back. Never did. Emailed and no response. "This company deserves 0 stars! Buyers, please be warned. I called them about an air conditioning unit. They came out and said I needed a new AC Unite, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and installation. The sales guy told me they were only 1 of 3 local companies that could install a Daikin AC unit that would match my furnace, for better performance. I filled out loan documents electronically that day and scheduled my installation for 2 days later. The next day Davison Home Services calls to say I didn't sign the documents and they were sending paper copies for me to sign with the installer before they could install the unit. On installation day, the installer has me sign the documents a second time, this time in hard copy. Then he installs a Bryant AC unit. When I asked about this, I was told they are not licensed to install Daikin Units. A week later this company called to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then when I called back, they said they found them. Another week later, they called again to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then said they needed to mail them in, and it would take about 3 weeks. Then about 6 weeks after my AC Unit was installed they sent more documents for me to sign, saying they missed pages that needed to be signed, which I signed and dropped off in the office. Now this company is calling me and harassing me to still sign my loan documents. It's been 6 months, I have never received a bill from a loan company to begin making payments. They can't seem to figure out how to submit the loan with all the documents I've already signed. I'm worried this could be a scam because I have no idea how many loans they have applied for under my name or what they are doing with the documents I've signed. I wish I would have never done business with this company that even the installed admitted was astronomically overpriced, and the office lady, Trish, said they since they sold from Davison Heating and Cooling to Davison Home Services, that they can't quite seem to get everything figured out. I have never worked with a company so unorganized or hard to do business with. I would highly recommend calling other businesses before you decide to do business with Davison Home Services. Save yourself the headache!"
