Great service. Came out and repaired and cleaned fireplaces and checked the bricks and mortar. Charged me $100 to come out. Chimney place in Holly wanted $329 for 1st fireplace and $299 for 2nd fireplace to come out. That price included a mandatory cleaning. Crazy!! Sanford was reasonable, efficient, and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The job went very well from my perspective as the homeowner. These were mature, experienced, skillful men who took pride in their work and were intent on providing a service done "right".  The completed work looks beautiful and I have had no further problems.  I am very pleased with their workmanship and this company is in my file of "dependable craftsmen".

They did what they could do. They did do a good job on it. The price was kind of high.

Excellent. He was very nice, professional, and did an outstanding job. We had several other providers look at the job to see if they could hook up a new liner to our wood burning insert. All said we would have to buy a new insert. We didn't want to do this because we're currently thinking about selling the house and didn't want that expense. Tom looked at the job and said he didn't see a problem with hooking it to our current wood burner. He did the job about a week later (had to order some parts). He did an excellent job and we're very satisfied. His proice was reasonable. Luckily he was able to do what needed to be done. About a week later we lost power for 6 days. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy!

Tom has done work for us 2 years in a row. Last year we needed a chimney liner so we could use our new woodstove. He was professional, prompt and we will continue to to use him as long as he is in business.
This year we thought we might have to replace some bricks at the top of the chimney. After checking it out and cleaning the chimney. Tom assured us that we didn't need the extra work done.

He did a good job. He was professional and cleaned up after himself.
