This company deserves 0 stars! Buyers, please be warned. I called them about an air conditioning unit. They came out and said I needed a new AC Unite, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and installation. The sales guy told me they were only 1 of 3 local companies that could install a Daikin AC unit that would match my furnace, for better performance. I filled out loan documents electronically that day and scheduled my installation for 2 days later. The next day Davison Home Services calls to say I didn't sign the documents and they were sending paper copies for me to sign with the installer before they could install the unit. On installation day, the installer has me sign the documents a second time, this time in hard copy. Then he installs a Bryant AC unit. When I asked about this, I was told they are not licensed to install Daikin Units. A week later this company called to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then when I called back, they said they found them. Another week later, they called again to say I didn't sign my loan documents. Then said they needed to mail them in, and it would take about 3 weeks. Then about 6 weeks after my AC Unit was installed they sent more documents for me to sign, saying they missed pages that needed to be signed, which I signed and dropped off in the office. Now this company is calling me and harassing me to still sign my loan documents. It's been 6 months, I have never received a bill from a loan company to begin making payments. They can't seem to figure out how to submit the loan with all the documents I've already signed. I'm worried this could be a scam because I have no idea how many loans they have applied for under my name or what they are doing with the documents I've signed. I wish I would have never done business with this company that even the installed admitted was astronomically overpriced, and the office lady, Trish, said they since they sold from Davison Heating and Cooling to Davison Home Services, that they can't quite seem to get everything figured out. I have never worked with a company so unorganized or hard to do business with. I would highly recommend calling other businesses before you decide to do business with Davison Home Services. Save yourself the headache!

Short version After installation on 4/28 the ball was dropped in many ways by Davison Heating & Cooling – now Davison Home Services. From a missing part (needed in order to pass inspection) that I am still waiting for going on almost 3 months after install, to being double charged for the entire unit, having a tech come out for 2-3 hours for an additional estimate only to never provide a quote. It has been the longest drawn out process to wrap this up. Long Version The electrical was done separately, once completed I was scheduled for a start up with a Tech on 5/4. When start up was complete I was advised verbally as well as printed on the invoice : *The cap that covers the hex screw for the valve is missing, office ordering and will get that installed in the next week or two, it will not hurt unit to run* The gentleman said that it would take 2 minutes to put on and since it is on the unit outside, they can just park and put it on without me being home. When paying for the unit, I did part with my account and 3k worth on their 0% financing. When Wells Fargo was set up and I had visibility, I had been charged 6k. After a week, almost two of calling as well as telling them I spoke to Wells Fargo, they fixed it before my first statement cut. Thankfully. After the finance situation was handled, I requested an estimate to add some ductwork in the front room that has the thermostat in it. The Davison Heating & Cooling estimator (Tim) who came out was very friendly, took him about 2-3 hours doing measurements and draw ups. Unfortunately, I never received an estimate, even after multiple follow-up attempts for over a month. Instead of providing an estimate, after a month they sent me a text and voicemail from a technician saying they were coming the following day for another estimate. Keep in mind, I did not request or schedule this with anyone, just asked for my quote. By this point, I had already had HVAC Comfort come out (25 min for an estimate and 2.5 hours to complete the whole job). However, when HVAC Comfort was here, they advised without the cap that covers the hex screw for the valve that was never put on by Davison Home Services (even with over 2 months of me calling and requesting to have it done) my unit would not pass an inspection. I did pay Davison Home Services to pull a permit, an inspection has yet to be done per my knowledge. Called and let a receptionist know I was advised by a city inspector that they would be fined if this was inspected and the part was not on the unit. They again said it would be taken care of. That was last month. Today was my last call back to ask when the cap would be done. Receptionist tried scheduling a technician, so I let her know what every technician from their company had advised me, that they can park and put it on. She wasn’t thrilled. It should hopefully be completed by next week. One of the main reasons I had chosen to go with this company was because of the good reviews. Since switching to Davison Home Services, those might be changing. Wouldn't recommend.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Joe P., Tom Rogers and Cory K. to hook up our new LG washer and dryer stackable in our bathroom. They were punctual and took care wearing their footies inside the house. It was a lot of up and down our stairs to the basement. Everything is working great and we are very thankful for their service.

My old gas furnace stopped working. I called Davison Heating & Cooling and they sent out Curtis who got it up running temporarily and said he could fix it for a reasonable fee, but it was 19 years old and it likely would have issues again real soon or we could replace it. Curtis was honest and straightforward in explaining everything to me on my options. I decided to replace it and had them send someone over for a quote. I thought the advice and service from Davison Heating & Cooling’s salesman, Joe Ploof was honest, caring and reasonable. I decided to go with the most high efficiency Bryant gas furnace they sold at 97%+ efficient, which included the installation of an amazing wireless thermometer and media-type air filter, too. Then, after the purchase of the gas furnace unit, the installation which was completed by TJ and Tristan was excellent. They were clean, efficient and quick. They did things right and explained the new high efficient gas furnace, media-type air filter and new wireless thermostat workings to me. They cleaned up and took away all the garbage and boxes with them. I highly recommend Davison Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs. I would use them again in a heartbeat in the future.

Service tech was extremely rude!! Let himself in and didn’t even say hello until I did and he grumbled some sort of reply. Walked around with his filthy shoes on my new carpet. Step father came in and said hello and introduced himself also. Had to say it twice to even get some sort of reply. Everyone has bad days and I certainly understand this being an electrician. But this was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. And to think I used them last time less than a year ago for the Dane issue that they “fixed”, and this was repeat business for them. Never again will I use this place and I will definitely be telling 10 people to tell 10 people that if they need hvac work done definitely go somewhere else. Even at the end, he was explaining possible causes that MAY have been the root cause of the problem, he was very condescending and rude. Recommend bless

After calling Davison Heating and explaining the problem, they sent out a tech a couple of hours later ... the tech wasn't sure what the problem and proceeded to repair what he thought the problem was ... long story short .. I paid the tech and off he went ... later that night the same noise returned and now my furnace wasn't pushing good airflow ... I called Davison Heating and they sent out a different tech (Josh) who figured out the problem in 10 minutes .... the company warranted the day before work and did not charge me again because it was never fixed the first visit ... I will definitely be requesting Josh if I need another heating repair.

I highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling! From our estimate with Joe to the installation today with TJ and Chad, we have received just excellent service. Joe was awesome explaining everything to me and made sure I understood the scope of work and what needed to be done. He didn't try to oversell us and was able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. Today TJ and Chad got here early and took a moment to tell me the plan of attack for the install. My favorite is every time they had to come up to talk to me, they talked to my huskies and let them smell their hands as a way to say hello. I have to give a shoutout to Chad though, as my little husky blew past me and proceeded to run the street. She wouldn't come to me, but he called to her and she came right up. Great experience and great guys!

Bill S. provided a quote and scheduled the repairs. Eric T and Corey M were on time, were careful to protect my flooring. They did the work as scheduled quickly and cleaned up. They did a great job. I'll be doing the whole house one room at a time, and I'll make sure they are the ones to come back and complete the work.

Called Davison Heating & Cooling for an estimate to replace my 16 year old water heater. Joe P. arrived as promised within 2 hours and was very professional and friendly, answering all questions and concerns about the job. Installers Eric and Tom came two days later and did a fantastic install job of the water heater and new chimney liner that was also needed to bring us up to code. They completed the job well under the time estimated, and kept my wife updated throughout the job what they were doing next. I will most certainly contact this company again for work. Thanks again guys.

Can't remember furnace tech, but other than some financial confusion work was done very well this past winter. Just had Cody come out and give the buy-the-furnace-fix-get-an-AC tune-up free service, and he did a great job cleaning out our AC unit and making sure it was running well just in time for the hot weather. Rechecked furnace also. Friendly and professional! Would hire again.

From beginning to end it was a very positive experience. My salesperson Dave was very professional and explained all that was needed to replace my unit and answered my questions. On the day of installation, the techs - Eric and Thomas - were here on time and had the unit installed in the stated amount of time. Both guys were friendly and professional and left my home in perfect condition. Dave also stopped by to make sure all was going well. I would highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling due to their service and quoted price.

They discovered that a part needed to be replaced and it was covered under warranty. The part had to be ordered, but they came back to put it in as soon as it arrived. Very professional and quality service. I am very satisfied.

Everything was great. Installers arrived on time, took great care that my house was not damaged (which can easily happen when moving large units thru the interior), and left the work area neat and clean. Also, very nice guys and very professional (Dave O. & Austin). Would definitely hire again.

Eric T and Tom B did a great job and were professional and friendly. They did not rush to get the job done and answered all my questions.

Davison Heating and Cooling recently installed an energy efficient furnace and a whole house generator for us. Their technicians arrived as scheduled, worked steadily throughout the day, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous. Thanks to technicians Dave S, Dave O, Austin, Brien F, Joe S and Chad. The project came in as bid. There were no surprise costs.

Everything from Dave the salesman to Eric and Tom the installers were very professional. They did their job, and after they left you would not have even known that they were here. They cleaned everything up and left no mess!!! Very Happy with the installation...

The products and reviews are what really impressed us with Davison Heating and Cooling! Austin and Dave were our installers and Dave S. was our sales person, all were professional and punctual. The installers had our A/C up and running first since it was in the high 80's all week. They made the process easy and cleaned up everything and then some. Dave and Austin made sure we knew about our equipment and explained everything in detail. I really like our new Nest thermostat also. I would Highly recommend Davison Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Monday at 9:00 AM Dave and Austin came out to install new air. They were both professional, courteous, and explained everything they had done after completion. It was a hard pill to swallow getting the new air, but the guys made the experience so much more pleasant. Thanks Tom, Joe, Dave and Austin for the good job done!! ???

Due to a cracked secondary heat element (which was a carbon monoxide scare for my family), we needed a quick replacement on a furnace. I dealt with other vendors on quotes, but wanted to give Davison Heating a shot, since they installed my original furnace. Their response was quick to come provide a quote (within 30 minutes of my call) and by noon the next day, I had heat in my home again. The install crew was amazing and efficient. No mess. No mud or water tracked through my home. Great service experience.

Brien F arrived on time and did the work (after explaining everything that was being done.) He was very professional and I was very happy with his work, explanation of things that will need to be done in the future and helpfulness.

We decided to go with the new furnace given the age of our existing one. Dale and Tom came out the next morning to install it. They did a great job and were very professional. The explained everything and cleaned up after themselves.
