K & H GARAGE DOORS

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I was just about at my wits end with other things and then the garage door gave in on me too. I emailed K and H and George called me in less than 2 hours at the end of a business day and planned to send someone out first thing the next morning. He called me first thing the next morning. He sent Jason out who was friendly, and very nice and I was all fixed up before 9:30a. I also wasn’t hit with a huge bill. I couldn’t believe how fair the price was! Thank you K and H you are wonderful! One stressful thing off the plate for now. You have no idea what a help you have been at this moment!!!!!

The service was excellent. He arrived in a timely manner, was prompt, thorough and willing to answer my questions. So far, I am very happy with the repair and he charged a fair, affordable price. I would definitely hire and recommend K & H again. My neighbor also had a positive experience hiring K & H garage doors as well.

They made a recommendation, which seemed reasonable, and installed both a new door and opener quickly and at a competitive price. I found the staff at K&H to be knowledgeable and when I requested an upgrade to an internet accessible model they made a good recommendation at a modest cost of upgrade. Installation was performed on the date agreed and the work both quick and professional as well as completely trustworthy. The new garage door was a close match to the original door, so much so that observers didn't notice the difference. The results exceeded my expectations and their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend K&H, with no reservations, to a friend.

Came within 1 hour of calling to replace both springs on garage door. One spring broke and the other was very old. Charged 102 for the springs and 75 for labor. Owner answered call, service man came within 1 hour, door was fixed shortly after.... and we were on our way. Really doesn't get any better than that!

The job went well overall. They took away all of the old garage door material, and everything was in working order.

The springs broke over the weekend. I found K and H on Angies List and they were very close with good reviews. I called Monday morning for an estimate and they said they could be there after 12pm. They arrived right on time and within an hour had the old springs off and the new ones on. The guys that did the work were very professional and did a good job. Price was on the lower side of the range that was quoted. I didn't call any other places to compare prices, but it seemed reasonable to me considering this is a very dangerous DIY job if you haven't done it before.

I called Kand H at approximately 10:00 a.m. I was told that a repairman would be at my home within an hour. He arrived 20 minutes later and completed the job in less than half an hour. He told me that everthing else on the door was operating fine and showed me how to periodically lubricate the spring and roller rods. The service was very professional and the charge reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jason showed up 10 minutes early, and phoned to be sure I was around, answered all my questions. Performed all work in under an hour. Total cost less than estimate. Was professional, well groomed, and approachable.

This company provided good overall service, from initial phone contact to final resolution of the problem. The service tech arrived at scheduled times, and he explained my options as far as necessary opener replacements. He also made extra efforts to find a replacement opener that would save me money, even though they no longer serviced those units, and installed it in short order on the follow up visit. The charges were just as quoted and agreed upon. No surprises.

Excellent job. Locally owned family business. Prompt. Good workmanship. Price of entire job was less than parts alone at a home supply store.
