"Everything went well except that when the electrician installed a junction box (strangely, there wasn't one before), a large crack developed in the mirror. He stopped work immediately, called the issue to my attention and reported the problem to his boss. Streamline Electric called me promptly with assurances that they would have the mirror replaced. They were true to their word and, in fact, followed up with me several times to assure that the replacement was scheduled by the mirror company and then made sure that the electrician was present when the new mirror was installed so that he could finish the electrical work. Streamline gets the highest rating from me for outstanding customer service! Their professionalism and the quality of their electrical work was equally impressive as their customer service. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly."

"After I requested for a quote on Angi's, Josh (the owner) called me right away and sent the estimates by email. He was very prompt in replying to all my email inquires which was really great.. The estimate I received was very reasonable. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The guys who came to do the work (Tony and Jack) were both amazing.. very professional and courteous, they worked meticulously and did a thorough job, explaining what needed to be done and even offered advise on location of some of the new recess lights (which was extremely helpful). "Writer is a true professional and electrical guru. He arrived within the allotted time frame, got right to work and quickly identified the problem. He even welcomed me to watch him while he worked as he explained the intricacies of the electrical outlet (which was a GFCI multi-branched oulet, connected to other garage and bathroom outlets). It was clear he knew what he was doing. "Andrew came to our house between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at 8 PM on Tuesday when a storm caused an electrical outage. We had a generator but we're only getting partial power in the house. Andrew ran tests inside the house, determining that not enough power was coming into the house. He then started testing different areas of the generator until he found the part not working. Once he located the problem, he quickly fixed it. Because he didn't give up on me or my problem, he restored electricity, saving me hundreds from food spoilage in a refrigerator and freezer. I don't think most electricians would have stuck with the problem or been able or willing to fix the generator. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
