Excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills. Chris was very knowledgeable about the internet issue that were having in our home. Chris also understood that I am very sensitive to WIFI in our house and made sure that the new modem that was installed would not send out a WIFI signal. He took the time to listen to my concerns. I plan to hire Cups Networking to fix the work that I had done last year by a different electrician who helped me hardwire the house for internet. The other electrician did not do it correctly. We are also going to add hardwired internet access points to other areas of the house. If you are concerned about WIFI in your home, then hire Cups PC and Networking. Deal with a company who understand how the networking systems work. I am very happy that I hired him from Home Advisor.

Had him come out and run Ethernet in my house for some access points and a switch. Very professional, courteous and reasonably priced. One of the few people in my area that does residential networking.

Able to explain complexities in a clear manner

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. Chris was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. I was having wifi issues on my laptop and with my TV. He was able to detect the issue with my laptop and update it. Chris also hard wired the computer and TV. I wish I could tell you exactly what he did, but I am just not a techy person. It was just so nice to have someone you can explain your issues to, and they just fix it.

Christopher Cupler installed a wired/wireless home network in my house, including ethernet cat6 wiring through 3 floors, ethernet ports in all the living areas, wireless access points for Wi-Fi, and surveillance system. He was prompt, polite, punctual and professional. He knows his trade well. His charges are reasonable and his work is awesome. I highly recommend him for anything related to networking.

My landline wasn't working and had several people attempt to fix it, but to no avail. He was so knowledgeable in what he was doing and took the time to explain things that it could be (and checked all the possibilities). He stayed until my phone was working completely and I contacted my security company to make sure they were getting signals from the phone line as well. Very patient and I would definitely recommend him. He has a permanent spot in our phone list.
