We ran into some complications with a water line from our house that was cracked (it had been that way for some time and we didn't know) Dave was relentless until he could find the problem and then they fixed it-almost a week extra of work! We also had some issues with our patio due to weather and he was on top of making sure it was fixed the next season. We were also new to having and maintaining a pool and he was great about teaching us and answering our calls for weeks as we had questions and needed to keep learning. Truly a great experience-they become family for a couple of months! They are worth it!"

The contactor; Scott [Provider Name Removed], never returned to finish the set up, never returned a call/text and blocked me. 12 companies refused to try to fix the mess Scott left. Justin was the only one willing to try and after no success he agreed to install a new liner without gouging me. In the end, he even told me to just pay what I could because of the nightmare situation Scott left. I paid him full price because he was absolutely amazing through the whole summer and earned every penny (and more to be honest). I didn't even list half the things Justin did to try to get the pool fixed before we ordered a new liner. Plus he fixed my filter that exploded after Scott failed to winterize it properly the season before!"
