Three Willows Home Inspection

The inspection was very informative. Mark returned all my call in a timely manner, answered all my questions in laymen terms to the extent of explaining why and how things should be.

It went very well!! Mark was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Very professional; very punctual; very personable! The inspection took a few hours but it seemed to go much faster. Mark was very meticulous during the inspection! And although he had a lot of work to do, he was more than willing to answer any and all questions we had for him! By the end of the inspection he had a solid idea of the good and, more importantly, the bad - giving us a clear idea of what we should expect on his report. The report was completed the following day and we were able to meet up to discuss it. Throughout the inspection and the report, Mark was as professional as ever! The report was laid out in an easy-to-read format and was extremely detailed. Overall, we had a great experience! With this being our first home inspection, and not knowing what to expect, Mark made the whole process a positive one!

Mark was thorough and provided useful information to us about items that needed attention which we passed on to the seller. He was punctual and provided a professional report the next day after the inspection.

Mark inspected our home. He checked all the plumbing, electrical, attic, roof, windows, furnace, and air conditioning. He found a few minor defects which we can repair ourselves. He also found an issue with the air conditioning system. This was an important factor in our decision to buy the house. Mark took the time to explain his service before we signed up, and spent time with us after the inspection to show us the what he found. We are first time home buyers and Mark really made the process less nerve wrecking. Mark created the report and reviewed it with us on the same day. Mark is professional, price competitive, and flexible in his scheduling. The full color report and DVD were great! We'll use them as a guideline for scheduling maintenance and upkeep of our home. He helped us find improvements to the house that need to be done right away and which ones can be delayed. The detailed report is a good planning tool for us. It was accurate, informative, and easy to read. The color pictures were great!

We?re not knowledgeable about plumbing and electrical systems. It was a comfort to us to know these were in good condition.
