When they came out to install the generator they pushed it across our entire lawn destroying the grass. They got mud all over the neighbors driveway, on our house, on the generator itself. They told me that they would send someone out to fix it and they have not returned our phone calls. We have had them do other work with no issues...but this was horrible

The service engineer for our whole house generator is knowledgeable and competent. He explained clearly what he did and the changes to their maintenance practice. The cost was higher than expected for an about 1.5 hour call, but included a new battery and antifreeze change. Our generator runs reliably which is why we have the maintenance performed.
