"WAY beyond my expectations!! I was out of town on business and Steve came out and repaired the crack while I was gone> When I came by to inspect, I seriously had a hard time finding the area that he fixed and would have NEVER found it if I hadn't known exactly where it was at. He did an excellent job of matching color and texture of what was there (and had been there since 1967). I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the work!! I will be uploading before/after photos once I get a chance. I will ABSOLUTELY use Mr Mason for anything that I need and they provide!!!

"Tom returned my call right away and we scheduled an appointment. When I had to cancel at the last minute he simply called back the next day to reschedule. No problems or bad attitude. Tom wanted to come out on Thursday July 4th (yes, he was working on a holiday!) around noon, I asked if it could be earlier and he rescheduled to 9am. Again no problem, very professional. He was on time, and explained in detail how the work would be done and the materials he would use. I received an estimate when he said I would, and his price was very competitive. <br />

"This company was better in all aspects that any company I have ever hired for ANY home project. They came on time each day, and cleaned up every afternoon, so we didn't feel like we were living in a war zone. They were neatly dressed and professional. "<p>When we read some reviews on other sites we were a little hesitant to do business with Alpha &amp; Omega but after reading several reviews on Angie's list we decided to go ahead and give them a try.&nbsp; </p> <p>First of all we called them on the Friday after Thanksgiving and left a message that we wanted them to come out and sweep our chimney.&nbsp; Thought they would follow up on Monday but to our pleasant surprise they called us back that Friday early evening and we set an appointment for the following Tuesday which we thought was great.</p> <p>They called prior to coming out and were on time with when they told us they would be at our home.&nbsp; They protected the rugs before coming in with their equipment.&nbsp; They were courteous of our home and made sure they kept the dirt outside where it belongs.&nbsp; Their cleaner was actually placed outside and the hose was run over to fireplace.</p> <p>In addition to doing the sweep the patched some cracks in the back of the fireplace for $20.&nbsp; The sweep was $189.&nbsp; </p> <p>Was very pleased with the work and our fireplace is burning nice and clean.&nbsp; Will use them again!</p> <br />
