"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"We had raccoons in our attic for about 3 weeks , and you can guess what mess a nesting raccoon can make , we needed to have all the fiberglass batting removed and than new spray foam installed . The 3 guys showed up on time and went right to work, oh , and this was done in late December so even more fun , the two young men that removed the old insulation were very efficient , bag after bag came down , about 45-50 in all , and then the foam guy went up and did his thing our is much quieter and warmer also could not be happier and will use again if the need ever arises , it did cost more for the foam but well worth it"

"I hired Thermal Solutions to spray foam insulate my pole barn and they did an excellent job. I got 4 quotes and theirs was the cheapest. They say never go with the cheapest, but I did because I wanted to support a veteran owned, local business, and after talking with Niko, I felt confident the job would be done right. I'm really glad that I did because they came when they said they would, they did it just the way that I wanted, and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. "The installers, Jason and his associate ( I didnâ t get his name), were very polite, professional, and answered all our questions They even found an issue with our bathroom fan and fixed it. We significantly raised our R value and qualified for a rebate from DTE. George, the owner was also good to deal with, explaining things well. The only minor issue was not having a definite time of installation but a vague â early afternoon â . But I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your insulation needs."

"We tried Comfort Zone among several providers because it quoted the lowest price.  The highest quote was $430 from A rated provider from Angies list.  Another quote was $150.

They came on time.  The owner (apparently) and two workers.  

I saw how they did.  They grabbed leaves and branches piled on the gutter cover and washed the gutters afterwards.  They did all gutters of our home (2900 sq. ft, two story building).  

The work was done in one hour.  They did not charge extra.  They did not try to sell other services.

Despite some mixed reviews (which concerned me), I think that they are honest and did excellent services.
