He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

We decided to not do anything right now. He gave me some suggestions and only charged for making the call. Didn't try to pressure me into anything. I will definitely have him come back if need be."

I am a ASHI & NACHI Certified Inspector as well as a member of the BBB. I do use a sub contractor to perform Radon testing and do not mark up the price. Some clients request a re-inspection after repairs are made and I will perform one of these at no charge. Prices are based upon the square footage of the home so if you need a free estimate, feel free to call anytime. HOMTEC inspectors are Certified Inspection Experts!
