She sent her best tech over that day and he did a very thorough top to bottom inspection of the property and gave it an all clear for pests :)
Susan and Brandon the tech both spoke to our tenant in great detail that all was well and had no worries
The tenant had put a large Quantity of Moth balls down on ground , Guess she thought this would rid property of any pests
However there were none to get rid of thankfully :) Have informed tenant to remove all mothballs that they placed on ground
Susan was very prompt in taking care of the problem and quickly let us know what the outcome of the inspection was.
Will definitely be using Friends Termite & Pest Control again

He said it is moisture damage or dry rot. He pointed out that bad drainage in the back patio area forces the water to get into the house causing damage. He also pointed out to me previous signs of termite treatment: plugs in the tiled floors.
When we told him about ant problems outside the house, he confirmed that they were citronella ants and are harmless.
That the best thing to do is to leave them alone.
So although I'm happy its not a termite problem, I now know that I have another serious problem: drainage.
We appreciate Friends Termite and Pest Controls honest opinion and assessment of the situation and will call on them in the future if we get termite problems.
Top notch company. Prompt, responsive, courteous, and thorough. Couldn't be any more pleased with the service we've received in the past year from Friends. My spiders were probably not as thrilled.
Approximatley one week later we had to call for a return visit to provide a second service because hornets
were still in the area of the tree. The service removed all hornets
The only issue we have is acccording to the Angie's list advertisement they claim they provide a 3% discount for seniors and this
was not offered.
Otherwise they provided an excellent job and we recommend.

Sue was great in setting up the appointment about an hour after I called. Mike came exactly when promised, assessed the problem and got rid of the bees. Since I live on a lake, we discussed my problem with spiders. They are so professional and so different from the national chain companies. I signed up for the quarterly protection program. I would recommend them to everyone. He came in, did the job and left. No hassle of trying to sell me services I don't need. It was really refreshing to see such professionalism in this world of scams and gimmicks. Their rates are reasonable and well worth it. I feel so much more secure knowing I will have someone reputable to call, if I ever have a problem. Thanks to Sue and Mike for a job well done.
