Trent did an excellent job of going through the whole house and explaining his findings. He gave us some good ideas on how to improve certain things and gave us an objective opinion on what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait.

He was on time, polite, efficient, and I had my report the same day.

We felt that the inspector did a fairly detailed examination. The inspector was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction at the time of the inspection. The company also did followup contacts with us and there was no issue with getting ahold of them. However, if you use their service insist that they take a lot of photographs of any issue. Our inspector did not which resulted in some misunderstandings between us and the house sellars with regard to the details of the report. But the company resolved the situation relatively quickly and satisfactorily.

Todd came and did our home inspection on 2/15/16. He was so thorough, professional and complete on the inspection. He took time to answer any questions we had during the inspection and then took more time after the inspection to review and explain in detail all of his findings and made sure we understood everything. GREAT guy and I would recommend him and his company 100% ! it was an enjoyable time and experience.

The inspector (Josh H.) was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He inspected interior and exterior, every accessible nook and cranny. He discussed every item/area inspected giving reasons, explanations and showing pictures of his findings. He also gave recommendations for future maintenance.

The best experience I have had with an inspection ever and I used to sell real estate in Southern California. I would use Erie Inspection for any needs....extremely professional and thorough.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Kayla was helpful and courteous when I called to get more information on the services and price. The price was reasonable for a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath home. I ended up scheduling an inspection for the following day. The inspector Vince was extremely detailed (as they should be) but was also knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and never once did I hear an "I don't know". At the end of the inspection he went over everything with me again and provided his insights and knowledge. This is a place I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!
