We have used Terminix for years (approximately 10), but they have become less accessible and less concerned about customer needs and concerns.  It is near impossible to call my Terminix local office directly - can only can get to a call center with wait times
that are too long and employees that have little information except to make appointments.  The prices have also gone up from near $80 to over $100 for standard quarterly pest control.  The last 3 times I have had a scheduled service, the service provider came outside of the scheduled time, and I left work to be at the scheduled time.  There was no follow up from Terminix after the last missed appointment.

They always put on their paper boots and all that so that they're not tracking dirt throughout the house. Our interactions with them is very good. Their work is fine.

My technician, Kevin, is very reliable, profession, educational, efficient and friendly.   Anytime I've asked questions is always more than willing to take the time to explain the answer to me. I do not hesitate to recommend Terminix.

The provider answered all of my questions. They come out every six months and take care of it.

I had read reviews about them on Angie's List.  They were very nice.  They seemed to know what they were doing.  They did a good job.  The price was expensive.  I don't know how the service is yet because they recently did the service.  They were responsive.  If it works, I will continue to use them.

They were wonderful. They did everything we wanted them to do. They were very willing to come out and do more if we weren't satisfied. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The customer is number one with them. They give me an approximation of when they're coming and they're always there. If they're going to be a little late or a little earlier, they always call and let me know. I'm happy with their service.

They were a little late, but hey, it's winter and they had a drive of 40 or more miles. My appointment for their arrival was made about a week before and we've had some different weather since. When they were done with the inside work and went outside to do the home and garage perimeters they had to quit. Their hoses as well as the ground were frozen solid and they could not finish the job.They were very apologetic, and almost embarrassed, that they could not complete the work. They left with the promise that as soon as it warmed up some they'd schedule another appointment and finish off the job. Their documentation is very detailed.

Went extremely well.   Increased bug and spider activity immediately after, however 2-3 days later little to no activity.

Returned all calls promplty, answered all our questions.  Our only complaint, was that the technician came early, as we wanted to be there when he performed the service.  Since they came early we were not able to be there.  But, in follow-up phone conversations, we got all of our questions answered.

  We discovered we had a bed bug infestation after noticing blood smears on our sheets and feeling things crawling on us during the night. We were absolutely panicked so we checked out Angies List for reputable exterminators. We called a couple of highly rated exterminators but it was Friday night so we got answering machines. Ernies called us back fairly quickly and said he would come as soon as he could that evening. The others called the next morning and said they did not do bed bugs. He confirmed we had bed bugs and checked out the entire house and all of the furniture. He gave us concise instructions on how we should prepare the house prior to his return on Sunday. Yes, he works on Sunday if the situation calls for it and it did not cost extra. He sprayed the entire house on Sunday and returned three times over the next couple of weeks to check for survivors. He sprayed a second time and then a third time just to error on the side of caution. These critters are disgusting. Our house is now free of bed bugs but we are probably pschologically damaged for life. I highly recommenc Ernie and would use him again. He is a bit of a character and he likes to talk but he is extremely knowledgeable on the subject of bed bugs and a highly ethical person in my opinion.

The guy who came was really nice. He was upfront and honest regarding purchasing products to take care of an ant problem. He was prompt, punctual, and professional. I would definitely call them back.

My experience with Ernie's was good, and they were very knowledgeable.  We set up a time for him to come back every other month.  He came back the NEXT month, and I was charge for an additional month.  I called, and they took the charge off.  The man that was here was clearly very knowledgeable.  He's is the only one that does the actual service.  Once, he was a little bit late.  He is a character, and a talker! You can't get away without at least a 25 minute conversation.  He is over the top. We would use them again.
