THIS COMPANY IS KILLING CATS FOR MONEY. this is not a joke. Somebody hired Mark Turner from this company to trap and kill cats, regardless of whether they're chipped or have a collar. They have killed at least 20 cats.

We had a raccoon and babies in our attic. It came in through our side vent on the house by the roof. So we called Wildlife Pro. Mark came out and let us know what he would recommend in order to get rid of the raccoons. He set up a trap on the roof. He caught the mom and then removed the babies. He said that he wanted to leave the trap on the roof in case the father showed up and he did. (He was right!) After removing all the raccoons, he replaced the vent with a stronger metal. Mark was very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire him again. .

Entry points spotted and temporary repairs completed. One raccoon caught in baited trap placed on roof near double-wide exterior stone chimney; permanently removed from site. Chimney caps installed. Critters were using stone chimney like a climbing wall (ex. small holes on either side of stone chimney in soffit allowed access to attic area. Advised to cover soffit with metal to prevent raccoons getting grip on overhang; remove any saplings, etc. near walls. Warned that raccoons can scale down spouts as well. Photos taken of damage to roof and attic, shared with home owner for potential Homeowners Insurance policy claim. + Potential roofers and attic insulation installers providing estimates were confident that area was secure & their work crews would be safe from surprises.

Mark was nice and super professional...I appreciated seeing the careful inspection of our home to assess our bat problem and to make sure I understood all the steps he would be taking during the process. Too he was very quick to respond and schedule appointments and he showed up on time! It's pricey...yikes!... but all of this bat work is, and it's worth it for the peace of mind we now have. I figured our 1913 home would have its fair share of crevices and cracks to repair...36! But, I can now read in bed at night and not worry that I'll look up and see a bat circling above me! I would recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work done.

Very well over a three week period with multiple, sometimes every other day, visits. Was able to accommodate my time needs. Extremely professional always calling the day before with two hour time window which was always kept.

Made phone call and left message. Received call back same day. Discussed issue of groundhog digging around property. A next day appointment was set. Met with Mark Turner and walked problem area. Mark explained trap process and gave pricing at that time. I signed an agreement to terms and First trap was set. On three consecutive days trap was full and re-set. He trapped 2 groundhogs and 1 raccoon. He also filled in holes and monitored any activity. Mark kept communication throughout this process with voice messages and email. Mark Turner was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood the process and educated me on the critters we were dealing with. It was a greatly appreciated expedited experience.

It's been a year and we have no more bats in the house. I was very happy with the service. He was competent, pleasant and professional.

Mark came and set traps the next morning and ended up killing three moles.  I found more activity 2 weeks later and he was there the next morning to set more traps and kill one more.
Excellent responsiveness and effectiveness.  Definitely recommended for anyone with animal control needs.

The work went well, and I'm very happy with the results and quality. Mark did what he said he would do, on time, and for the price he quoted. Excellent!
The one *minor* point I'd quibble with is that his initial inspection for $99.00 did not get discounted at all after we proceeded with the work. Certainly he had to make the time to come out, and he had to haul out ladders, and go up into the attic. I'm not suggesting he shouldn't get paid for that effort. The experience, however, would have been just that tiny bit better if he could have offered say 50% off the inspection fee if we went ahead with the main work.

After hearing an animal pattering around in my attic I called a few providers to get estimates and a idea of how they would address the issue.  I chose Wildlife Pro (Mark Turner) for three reasons, he was local, he was willing to come inside and look in the attic, & he was a few dollars cheaper than his competitors.
On the day of the appointment Mark called when he was on his way to my house and showed up right on time.  He then did a inspection in the attic portion and a walk around of my house.  While doing this he pointed out where the raccoon had climbed my gutters by showing me footprints on it and where the raccoon had pulled aside my gable vent to enter the attic.  He then set a trap to catch the raccoon and fixed the gable vent against reentry.  After he had the raccoon problem licked he then placed a raccoon proof screen over all three gable vents to keep a raccoon from ever entering again.
Mark was very professional to deal with and understood his profession very well.  I would happily work with him again if I need critter control services.

We had a garter snake take up residence in a hole surrounding the area where the gas pipe enters the side of our house. Over the past few years, we had seen more snakes in the yard. That didn't concern me, until I saw one going into a crawl space vent in the back of the house. I was afraid they could be all over the crawl space/basement area. We were reluctant to try to take care of it ourselves, not knowing how many might be there and not wanting to trap some inside. Mark came out and put a trap around the gas pipe. He put tape strips on the crawlspace vent to see if there was any activity. He then walked around the house with a mirror to check for any other areas that could be entry points for critters. He came back the next morning and had caught 2 garters in the trap. He set a new trap, as another worker had said he had seen baby garters in the opening. Mark came back the following Monday and checked the trap. No snakes were in it. He checked the strips in the vent and there was no sign of activity. He patched up the area at the gas pipe so no more snakes could enter it. Mark was very professional and when he was done, I felt very comfortable that no snakes were nesting in my basement/crawlspace. He charged $199 for the service call and to set the traps, check exterior. Then, it was $99 for each snake captured. That seems like a lot to get rid of garter snakes, but it gave me peace of mind that they are not in my house. I would use him again.

Thanks to Mark's expertise, as landlords we were able to confidently and easily take care of a problem that otherwise would have cause me to be worried. There was a large hole under the garage of a rental property. We were concerned if we filled the hole with cement,. that a ground hog could die and cause a terrible stench for the tenants. thanks to Mark's experience, he was able to clearly give us a thorough evaluation of the hole. It was caused by improper rain runoff. We filled it with dirt. Added a eves trough runoff and the problem was solved effortlessly.

Everything went very well, very happy with results.

Wildlife Pro removed squirrels from my mom's attic and garage. Mark was very professional and courteous. He kept in contact both with me (living out of state) and my mom and brother (living in Toledo). It was a very easy, smooth process for us -- he was helpful with advice and everything went as he had planned. His dependability was very much appreciated, given my living 800 miles away.
