"Here at DELVING PEST CONTROL, customer service is number one!!! Without exception! We thank Mr. G for using DELVING for his WASP/BEE issue around his home. They seem to be a very big concern for him and wanted them "gone". We are always open to coaching and becoming a better company after feedback from our customers. It is RARE for us to receive such low ratings and concerns with our customer service. Mr. G felt there was concern enough to express this. We thank Mr. G for doing so in that regard. After review, research of our customer service requirements, the application process, procedure, and my contacting Mr. G, it has been found that several possible sources of food and water near the structure of the home may be attractants to bees/wasp which they need to survive. This may mean that bees from all over the neighborhood can be attracted to these sources of food/water, not just originating from the property of Mr.G. Our focus on a service call is to eliminate pests and sources of food which will attract more pests near humans or areas of habitation. Also to educate and help our customers better understand pests and why they frequent our homes. Mr. G informed us that the original nest and locations of activity were treated and were eliminated which was confirmed upon our second service call. Our cost of service compared to other companies in our region are competitive. After speaking with Mr. G we were told our technician walked the around the home which we are licensed to treat and feel we have successfully treated and eliminated the pest (yellow jackets) as requested by Mr. G in the original service call and found another possible active nest, which we are trained to look for at all service calls.
