Terry quoted me a very fair price for replacing our garage door, did the work when promised, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. I am entirely pleased with their service.

Terry arrived exactly when scheduled, less than 18 hours after I called to schedule the repair. He was pleasant and professional, worked very efficiently, and had the parts needed right in his truck. He would be the first one I'd call if service or repairs are needed in the future.

Terry did a great job! He showed up within the window that he gave us. The job took longer than he originally expected. However, he stayed with the original estimate ($239). Great job - all the way around!

I was able to arrange a service appointment less than a week after my call. I wasn't there, but my tenant had great report regarding Terry's professionalism and competence. All actions were explained clearly and no time was wasted making the repair.
Pam in the front office was also friendly and professional.
I would not hesitate to call Terry again for similar work.

It went great...there was a problem with the seal a few weeks later, but Terry cam right back and fixed the problem with no additional cost!

I tried opening my garage door and it would go up about 2 inches and then right back down. Obviously something was wrong so I called Terry's Garage Doors to come take a look. As soon as he got there he noticed it was the larger spring across the top that had cracked in half. He had the part right on his truck so he was able to fix it right then and there. It took him all of about an hour to replace that part and he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous and helpful since he gave me some tips on how to maintain the springs in a good condition. Highly recommend.

Service was performed quickly and professionally. While there Terry spotted a older piece that he recommended should be replaced in addition to the lift arm. Made sure everything worked properly to my satisfaction. Price was very reasonable and less expensive than other vendors wanted to just come out and look at it. He had all the parts necessary to do the job.
