They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. "I had them install a LVL STRUCTURAL BEAM in my garage (to support the previous owners DIY â finishingâ of the room above). Even though itâ s in a garage, they made sure the intersection to the dry-walled walls & ceiling looked nice and even installed trim pine on the bottom side to hide the sistering of the 3 LVL planks. Looks awesome & was a much needed addition from a structural point of view. From quote to completion was fast. Great communication & on top of that, Brent is a super nice guy. Couldnâ t be happier."

"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed.
