We had Trademark come out and build our three seasons room. Derrick worked with us from start to finish. He worked within our budget and completed the job on time. It was absolutely fantastic. I have recommended Derrick to my friends and family. He really does great work.

We had already gotten several estimates that varied greatly both in price and as to what repairs we needed. Ultimately, we decided to go with Rich because the process and repairs he suggested made the most sense to us. We have never regretted that decision. The repairs were done in a timely manner. The workers were efficient, courteous, and respectful of us and our home. There were no surprise expenses. Since that time we have had several projects done by Trademark Building Solutions, including a new deck, gutters and drywall repair and more . I had a major water leak that encompassed my Master Bath and 1/2 bath on the main level of my home. Trademark Building Solutions LLC was referred to me by the water restoration company that I was working with. I could have not been more pleased. From start to finish Ken and Hugh and their staff were always professional and did a fantastic job. Ken and Hugh always made sure that if I had any questions or concerns, they were always addressed immediately. I love my bathrooms, and plan to use Trademark Building Solutions LLC for any future projects I would have.

They fixed our basement after a humidifier leak working with our insurance. New flooring and painting throughout. The work was great, crew was professional, they were always on time and with great communication. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Trademark's customer service was wonderful. Rich was very helpful and honest throughout the entire remodel. He was quick to respond to emails when I had questions. All of the contractors who worked on the project were courteous, friendly, and did not leave things messy. We also had Trademark replace our roof and that was a great experience, as well.

We hired Trademark to complete a tile backsplash in our kitchen. Trademark had previously replaced a roof for us. It was a great experience so we went through them again for this job. Like the roofing job, this one went very well. Working with Rich Simmons was a great experience. His communication was exceptional and answered all of questions. The work was completed quickly and looks awesome. I will definitely call on Trademark when I have any additional projects.

We hired Trademark to replace our roof following a hailstorm. They were recommended by a neighbor. Trademark is a local company and not a storm chaser operation. I worked Rich who was great from beginning to end. He was honest. Communication was excellent and he was helpful with working with insurance company. The work was excellent. The roof and gutters look great. They did a nice job cleaning up after the job was done.

What started out as a nightmare ended up to be a pleasant experience thanks to Rich and his crew at Trademark. Rich was always on top of things, explained exactly what needed to be done and why, always available for question or concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while at the same time caring and understanding.

Excellent communication from beginning to final wrap up. Rich was a pleasure to work with and the staff he has were efficient,skilled and hard working. Project was completed on time with complete satisfaction from my wife, not an east task. If we have any future work that will need be done - we will be calling them first.

Rich and his workers did an outstanding job. Initially we had a laundry room and pantry remodeled which involved the rooms being flipped. The job involved some structural replacement. The entire process was explained to us prior to and during the completion of the project. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship of all workers involved. Rich did a great job of managing the work schedule including getting the materials, the work itself, and the required inspections. Months after the project was completed we discovered a mold problem in our attic. It was not in anyway related to the prior work done by Rich and his crews. Because of our experience with Trademark Building Solutions we called Rich. Again, all required work was done in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Trademark Solutions and actually have recommended them to several friends and neighbors who are also very happy with their work.

I had a wonderful experience with Rich Simmons at Trademark Building Solutions. The ceilings throughout our house were collapsing and we were so lucky to have someone like Rich overseeing the entire project—starting with the roof and then repairing the ceilings, repainting all the walls, addressing all the electrical fixtures, removing all the carpet and tile, and replacing with beautiful flooring. Rich was working with me the entire way by recommending solutions and even bringing products to me for my convenience. If Rich said he would be coming at a certain time, he was there at that exact time!! I completely trusted Rich and everyone working with me, and the time it was completed was what I was told at the start. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Trademark Building Solutions was great to work with. They provided a fast and thorough response to get our house put back together after a plumbing issue. Cost of the work was estimated correctly and timing concerns with trades people was done with clarity and respect to both myself and the team involved. The work was done right the first time and with quality. All work was inspected by Trademark Building Solutions at completion and their follow up was outstanding with any concerns I had. I would recommend them for contracted services for home repair and would ask for their help in the future.

We had just lost everything inside of our house due to a fire and we were very lost and confused. We met with three contractors before a friend recommended Derrick at Trademark. At our first ?meeting? we immediately knew this was the team we wanted on our side. Not only did they do excellent work, but their patience (and guidance) through this entire process was second to none. Derrick gave excellent advice and was very understanding as I constantly changed my mind! Andrea in the office held my hand and helped with the mounds of paperwork from our mortgage company and insurance company. We just cannot thank them enough for all they did for us!

Trademark bulilding has done projects for us on two occasions. The first was a master bath remodel. They helped us deal with insurance and assure we were treated fairly in the process. The bathroom turned out beautiful and was done timely. The next was a bigger task. The plan was to redo the kitchen and it morphed into a total first floor makeover. Derrick had several contacts that were extremely helpful with cabinets, design, layout, appliances - everything. They all played a part in making the difficult tasks easy. The crew was there working consistently. Everything was timed perfectly and there was no lag. Many of my friends/family that has done in home construction complained about the lack of contractors and projects being pushed and or unfinished after excessive amounts of time. Definitely not the case with Trademark. They want to complete the project the right way and will assure the customer is overly satisfied with the outcome. I'd never use anyone else!

Excellent communication throughout the project. Prompt responses to questions. Always had advice when questions came up. We were impressed with the quality of work Trademark and the subcontractors provided. We would highly recommend Trademark for any home building/remodeling project and are planning another project with them in the coming new year.

We have never had a contractor that was so customer driven as they were at Trademark. They had a detailed outline from the beginning of the entire project, not only with what they were going to be doing room by room but with a timeline to go along with it. Derrick Dixon, the owner, set this up so we always knew where we were in the project and who was going to be working on it. Derrick updated us daily with texts, phone calls, or in person. The results were exactly what we wanted. Ii is been over a year now since we had the work done and we still cant believe that this is our home. We had significant water damage that necessitated renovating the upstairs bathroom and the ceiling in the living room below. The job took a very long time to complete due to the complexity of matching existing marble with a tiler and a subcontractor who was not reliable. I admit to wanting to keep the guy working on the project because he had such attention to detail, and the tile matching was complicated. The general contractor, Hugh, and I worked with Cory and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately he was replaced. The fact that the project took 8 months to complete is partly my fault. I do not hold this against Trademark. They were great to work with, and the others they brought in did excellent work. We took the opportunity to add a coffered ceiling, which may have also delayed the project, but Trademark accommodated the changes and did not miss a beat.
