They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Renovation of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet work, backsplash done, dishwasher installed. Canned lighting installed. Bathroom tub removal and walk-in shower installed as well as new Flooring, vanity, reconfiguring laundry room to install a laundry tub and installation of new water heater and total painting. Ken, John, James and crew were great to work with and communication went very well any problems or finishing suggestions throughout the project were a great help. The site was carefully protected and cleared and cleaned as it went. Excellent job."
