Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. The stiffness that I experience in throwing it is probably due to it being situated too high for code and that being quite elderly, my hand strength has deteriorated. The electrician showed me that a new switch operated the same as mine, and that throwing mine with a wooden block to improve my leverage makes it possible for me to disconnect my service when I need to use a portable generator. Kevin Sheats gave me a generous discount for the service call."

Now we have a cabinet with drawers, the same size shower as before, and a partially re-arranged floor plan. Gary scheduled the other contractors needed to complete the job: plumbing, electrical, tile, granite work, and paint. The job took longer and cost more than originally planned (these things generally do). We had the work done 2 years ago and are still very pleased with the work."
