They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "High Road Construction provided me outstanding carpentry services, when I called them, to secure the sliding bath room and closet barn doors in my house. Their young carpente, Jack, arrived promptly the very next day, did excellent custom carpentry on my barn doors and kitcen cabinets and installed cedar planks to house the top rails on which the barn door wheels slide, Now they don't get derailed accidently by young children when they run into them. Jack was efficient, competent, friendly and helpful and did an excellent job at a fair price. Thank you Jack. I highly recommend him for custom carpentry services and I will be using him again whenever I have a need for carpentry services."
