From the professional office manager to the sales rep who walked the property and explained what services they offer and the crew who performed the work, it was all 5-star all the way. The communication is excellent from the estimate and advice of the team on their way to do the job. And the crew who did the work was terrific, and they left my yard as if they had not been there to trim and remove trees.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour, including raking and completely clearing the debris. There was no skimping on personnel, as about 8-10 workers orchestrated their efforts seamlessly and quickly. Prior to the start, the office provided me with an insurance certificate within minutes of my asking for it. They are super professional.

Sean and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived exactly at the time they had promised, completed everything we asked them to do, were responsive and their cost was very reasonable. I end up in hospital three days before company was suppose to come to remove two large oaks trees and two smaller trees. While in hospital i did not contacted company to tell them where i was, so when i come back home, i did not not expecting anything. I was surprised to see that everything was done. It is so nice to find such a responsible people. Today, this is a rarety.

I called for an estimate to trim two large trees and Shawn came by within a half hour. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I told him what I wanted done, but he made one alteration, which made sense. The price was reasonable and the work was done within two days to my satisfaction. Took away all the debris, cleaned up and you cannot tell they were even here. I would definitely hire them again when the need arises.

we had a very large cottonwood tree in our backyard that was rotting to the point of being dangerous for our neighborhood. we had 3 different quotes, all for the amount or more than what Sean and his team could do the job for. we went with Top Tree Care because they were very timely and supportive of the risk that this tree was causing to our safety. they came within a day or 2 of my call and were there in about a week to get the tree down. they even came within that same week to come back and remove the stumps and some other stumps that needed to go as well. they did what was needed for the tight quarters of our backyard to get the job done right. we would definitely use them again if needed!

Updated: Stump was finally ground, and owner called t apologize for delay. He explained that he was having trouble with the subcontractors hired for the grinding, so he bought equipment to do himself. Just wish he would have spoken to me a little sooner.

The tree was huge and the huge crane they brought to carry the limbs from the backyard to the street was expertly utilized. We were given a written job description and a cost for the job. These workers were thorough, and professional. They asked for approval after the job was finished and returned when they said they would for stump removal. They also cleaned up their mess. Would recommend them and would use their services again if needed.

Owner Sean and his employees were friendly and personable. The two large trees were cut down in about 5 hours. They did a good job cleaning up their mess. I just had two concerns. First one was that during the process of cutting down one of my trees they cracked three different spots on my driveway. The cracks were caused by sections of the tree being dropped **** ** the concrete. The owner Sean did point out one of the spots. I already planned on getting my driveway redone so I wasn’t concerned about the damage. Although I am not sure how Sean would of handled the situation if I wanted his company to pay for the damage. The other concern was about a week after I got his company’s estimate, I received a 30% off any tree service coupon from his company in a packet of miscellaneous coupons in the mail. After the job, I showed him the coupon, he said he couldn’t honor it because the job was too small. He said I could use it another time. His company’s estimate was $400 cheaper then the other two companies that provided estimates. Because of that I didn’t force the issue.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and prompt response to my phone call. Top Tree came out the same day to remove a fallen limb that was laying on the garage roof. They discovered that tree and another near the house were rotted and needed to come down. They completed the takedown of one large, and one smaller tree and ground both stumps within 2 days of my initial call. They cleaned up after the work and it looks great!

Sean was very prompt in returning my initial phone call. He showed up at the scheduled consultation time. His price was very fair. He removed my trees the next day!! They cleaned up my yard and left everything tidy!
