From the professional office manager to the sales rep who walked the property and explained what services they offer and the crew who performed the work, it was all 5-star all the way. The communication is excellent from the estimate and advice of the team on their way to do the job. And the crew who did the work was terrific, and they left my yard as if they had not been there to trim and remove trees.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour, including raking and completely clearing the debris. There was no skimping on personnel, as about 8-10 workers orchestrated their efforts seamlessly and quickly. Prior to the start, the office provided me with an insurance certificate within minutes of my asking for it. They are super professional.

Sean and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived exactly at the time they had promised, completed everything we asked them to do, were responsive and their cost was very reasonable. They were able to remove two elms from our yard in an hour! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. This company is a jewel!

The team to remove trees arrived on time. They returned several days later to remove stumps. Work was done well and on time.

I end up in hospital three days before company was suppose to come to remove two large oaks trees and two smaller trees. While in hospital i did not contacted company to tell them where i was, so when i come back home, i did not not expecting anything. I was surprised to see that everything was done. It is so nice to find such a responsible people. Today, this is a rarety.

I called for an estimate to trim two large trees and Shawn came by within a half hour. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent. I told him what I wanted done, but he made one alteration, which made sense. The price was reasonable and the work was done within two days to my satisfaction. Took away all the debris, cleaned up and you cannot tell they were even here. I would definitely hire them again when the need arises.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Top Tree Care Inc. They responded quickly to our initial contact and provided an estimate of the work the same day we called. The work was done well and the clean up was great. The entire crew was friendly, courteous and professiopnal. After they left, we had one minor concern we wished addressed, which they completed quickly and without any hesitation. I would gladly hire this company again.

They were very flexible with our schedule, and explained everything that needed to be done. After spending hours on their work, they still took the time to clean up the yards and our driveway which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely use them again!

we had a very large cottonwood tree in our backyard that was rotting to the point of being dangerous for our neighborhood. we had 3 different quotes, all for the amount or more than what Sean and his team could do the job for. we went with Top Tree Care because they were very timely and supportive of the risk that this tree was causing to our safety. they came within a day or 2 of my call and were there in about a week to get the tree down. they even came within that same week to come back and remove the stumps and some other stumps that needed to go as well. they did what was needed for the tight quarters of our backyard to get the job done right. we would definitely use them again if needed!

Updated: Stump was finally ground, and owner called t apologize for delay. He explained that he was having trouble with the subcontractors hired for the grinding, so he bought equipment to do himself. Just wish he would have spoken to me a little sooner.

Shawn and his crew at Top Tree Care were very professional and did everything we talked about from start to finish. The tree was huge and the huge crane they brought to carry the limbs from the backyard to the street was expertly utilized. They were quick and did a very good job. Cleaned up the area extremely well.

We were given a written job description and a cost for the job. These workers were thorough, and professional. They asked for approval after the job was finished and returned when they said they would for stump removal. They also cleaned up their mess. Would recommend them and would use their services again if needed.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and prompt response to my phone call. Top Tree came out the same day to remove a fallen limb that was laying on the garage roof. They discovered that tree and another near the house were rotted and needed to come down. They completed the takedown of one large, and one smaller tree and ground both stumps within 2 days of my initial call. They cleaned up after the work and it looks great!

Everything went very smoothly. The crew was polite and professional and clearly very experienced. This tree was an enormous oak, nearly one hundred ft, so these guys can handle anything. Would recommend without hesitation.

Sean was very prompt in returning my initial phone call. He showed up at the scheduled consultation time. His price was very fair. He removed my trees the next day!! They cleaned up my yard and left everything tidy!

Went very well. Sean was very professional and efficient and gave a good explanation of the work he would perform. Sean and 3 workers showed up Monday basically on time and cut down a large maple tree, 30'- 40', and an apple tree. They chipped the wood and cleaned up afterward. It took them only 2 1/2 hours. Sean promised to be back on Saturday to grind the stumps. He was there on Saturday and ground the two stumps and for no extra charge also ground a smaller one in the yard. As he had explained the mulch that resulted from the grinding was left for me to use or dispose. It was cold and windy that day but he stayed with it until the job was completed. I had received 5 estimates and his price was within the same range as the others.

Turned out awesome and excellent work was done. On time on job site and would call them back again anytime. They were the most reasonable quote that we got out of 5. Was on time for quote and the crew was very friendly. Cut logs to manageable size for us to handle, cause we wanted the wood left on jobsite. Thanks again for the hard work that you performed today.
