They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "I had them install a LVL STRUCTURAL BEAM in my garage (to support the previous owners DIY â finishingâ of the room above). Even though itâ s in a garage, they made sure the intersection to the dry-walled walls & ceiling looked nice and even installed trim pine on the bottom side to hide the sistering of the 3 LVL planks. Looks awesome & was a much needed addition from a structural point of view. From quote to completion was fast. Great communication & on top of that, Brent is a super nice guy. Couldnâ t be happier."
