I have relied on Hauser for all my heating & cooling needs over the past 25 years. I am always pleased with the service. This time I called on a weekend and received a quick response. He knew immediately what the issue was and explained it to me in laymen's terms. He a couple recommendations of what to look for in the future. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the service He tested furnace and components, inspected duct, tested and cleaned the A/C unit.He explained some things I didn't know and provided a couple recomendation of things I can do to keep the system performing at optimal level.

It was the time when it was a little bit colder, and I called them at about 9 o'clock, and they were here by 3, and they got it up and running the same day, so I felt that was pretty good. I would use them again in the future.
