"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. "He came out 2 hours after I called and installed a new water heater. I called several other plumbing companies and all were higher in price with lesser quality water heaters and less tank warranty. They gave me a 10 year warranty on the tank and 6 years parts and labor, all other companies were 6 year warranties on both tank and parts. Their price beat everyone else's by a lot. They had my water heater installed in about an hour and hauled away my old one and left everything cleaned up. The installer was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them"
