"They were responsive and prompt. They did a great job in fixing a problematic issue in a shower that had been looked at by other plumbers. These other plumbers were only able to make a temporary fix. JTW Pipes solved the problem and fixed the shower once and for all. I highly recommend JTW Pipes for any plumbing issue and I would hire them again."

"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it. It wasnt what all the other plumbers said, it was a broken pipe & I am glad he was a decent person not trying to take advantage of people in trouble. I really appreciate Bill and Louis, All Drains. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, but most of all they were kind while I was falling apart. Thank you so much!!!!!! Shavonne"

"Geoff showed up on time and ready to take care of my plumbing issue. Very nice guy and thorough too. Cleaned out two lines and even cleaned up afterwards. Definitely would recommend him to anyone needed a professional plumber…..And another doodle lover as well!"

"Bob Sr. arrived on time and did all the work we had previously discussed. During the work, Bob found and additional problem with my toilet and fixed it during the visit. He also made some suggestions that improved installation of an inline water filter in our basement. I would recommend their service to anyone

"This company exceeded my expectations. I talked to the owner on the phone and he answered all my questions and explain the whole process. Their price was extremely fair and the best of the companies I contacted. The plumber that installed the hot water heater did a great job and everything was cleaned up when the job was done.
