Gary, the owner, came to our home and explained the process he would use to guarantee (life time and transferrable) a dry basement. His explanation was very detailed and he answered all of our questions. The job was started promptly when scheduled and completed in the projected time frame. Plastic was draped over the basement contents to protect from dust, so the mess was minimal. All of the work was handled by the crew, Gary, Cody, Casey, Phil, and the very talented cement finisher, Richard. They cleaned the work site every day so that they were starting fresh the next day. The entire crew of Atlantic Coast Waterproofing possess a very strong work ethic. They are courteous, dependable, and considerate of their client's property. The saying "you get what you pay for", is very true in this case. The job exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Gary and his company for your waterproofing needs."

(No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) My basement foundation needed to be repaired and Al was the only representative of the 3 companies I contacted that described the repair AS IT SHOULD BE DONE. The others were more interested in selling their "system". The Omega crew treated my home as if it was theirs, were all courteous and most pleasant and happy. They were efficient and helpful, even carrying in my groceries from across the street when they noticed what I was doing. They paid attention, not only to me but to their work and take pride in it. "West Water were ready to begin the contract with only one business day of notice. Very convenient. The contractor arrived on time. They estimated the work would take two days. One to dig and replace line in my back yard and one to dig and replace the connecting line in the alley. On day two they discovered the line was buried deeper than the machine on hand could dig. This resulted in an extra day of work at no additional cost to me, while contractor called in a machine capable of finishing the work. Work was completed without any further complications. Contractor ensured that none of the sewer line was exposed. Dirt was returned on top of where it was excavated. They accepted a personal check for the estimated cost . This contract went very well for me. I will contact West Water again if I require further related work."

"Great Experience!! First of all, I had the service technician come out for a yearly service check on the sump pump system. Daniel Smykla did so much more. He inspected my basement. Also, he tested the waterproofing system and tightened the anchors. He was happy to give me advice on other issues that worried me. He only charged me the initial service charge on the sump pump!
