HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it. It wasnt what all the other plumbers said, it was a broken pipe & I am glad he was a decent person not trying to take advantage of people in trouble. I really appreciate Bill and Louis, All Drains. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
