It went great. Geoff was fantastic. He was able to fix our problem. He cleaned up after he was finished and he was in and out in around an hour.

What was supposed to be a routine drain snaking but turned out to be something more serious. Jeff explained what was going on very clearly and came back the next day to fix the problem. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I’m very satisfied with the results I will recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

West Water were ready to begin the contract with only one business day of notice. Very convenient. The contractor arrived on time. They estimated the work would take two days. One to dig and replace line in my back yard and one to dig and replace the connecting line in the alley. On day two they discovered the line was buried deeper than the machine on hand could dig. This resulted in an extra day of work at no additional cost to me, while contractor called in a machine capable of finishing the work. Work was completed without any further complications. Contractor ensured that none of the sewer line was exposed. Dirt was returned on top of where it was excavated. They accepted a personal check for the estimated cost . This contract went very well for me. I will contact West Water again if I require further related work.

Did a great job. Had to snake out the main drain because of roots that were blocking in the main drain twice to get it cleared out. He did a fantastic job and I would definitely hire him again......Thank You......

Service was timely and very professional.

Paid $99 for their tech only halfway snake a drain and then proceeded to tell me my pipe is collapsed. Wrote estimate for $2300 to bust up basement floor and repipe. Called another company for a second opinion, who finished the job for $85 (finish snaking the drain). When dealing with criminals every day, you learn to read the body language/signs. Happy to only be out of pocket $184 at the end of the day and find a reputable plumber that rectified my plumbing situation. The other plumber is also on Angie's list.

Their price to fix our issues was too high so we decided to go with another company. They charged us for flushing, we didn't go with them, and they have not yet refunded us. We told them they could keep the $90 for the assessment, but they still owe us $1336.00.
