D & S came out the same day and provided a quote on the spot. Their price was lower and I had a better feeling about them then the other contractor. "The leveling part itself was awesome. Justin was very detailed in making sure the floor was leveling properly, the gaps were filling in correctly, and that the leveling mixture was mixed appropriately. He showed me all the steps and why they were doing them. The reason I rated them good was because the cleanup could have been much better. They basically just washed out their wheelbarrows with the leftover concrete onto my front lawn. And the one helper spent most of the day wasting my water by spraying down the driveway to allegedly clean it, but it really didn't end up clean at all. Overall, the service that I paid for was to level my garage floor, and that was done professionally and perfectly."

"The crew dug out soil around the outdoor perimeter of my chimney, discovered a crack in the concrete, patched the crack with hydraulic cement, covered with tar, visqueen and drain board. They also put down and connected new drain tile prior to filling hole with rock and then topsoil. They went above and beyond expectations by also caulking around the top of chimney, did brick and mortar repair to chimney.
