They dodged me for weeks after I had paid them even just about the part ordering status because I do not t use genuine parts, but yet still are saying that I owe them even more than $100 when they did not even repair my dryer that I also hired them for at the same day. It was broken broken so if you wanna get ripped off because you are a female or an elderly person or they think you are not gonna do anything about it. "Off to a slow start. Tech did not arrive as scheduled. He did come the next day and promptly made the repair. He gave me $50 off for the no show the day before. The dryer works. I’m happy."

Shortly after, the supervisor David arrived driving a white ABC 123 Maintenance truck to assist with selecting and purchasing the necessary materials. We personally purchased all the materials required for the project. We then proceeded to the house. Upon arrival, David inspected the property and shortly after informed us that they would not be performing the work. At that point, my wife had already paid a $3,200 deposit and had purchased all the necessary materials. The worker and David then left the property and did not return ever since. On October 10th, my wife reached out to the company to request a refund of the deposit and was told she would need to wait 30 days. Prior to November 10th, my wife left the country and instructed the company to issue the refund check to me. On November 10th, I followed up by calling both David and the company s office. David stated that he doesn t handle financial matters and directed me to contact the office, and the company owner or secretary will call me back. Unfortunately, no one answered or returned my call. As of November 13th, I still have not received a refund or any response. When I attempted to call the company s 800 number, I was informed few times that the number was no longer in service. Based on my experience, ABC 123 Maintenance has proven to be unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company or its supervisor, David. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau, and local news outlets to make the public aware, as well as contact Michigan State Attorney General for assistance. The company did not have to wait for my wife s deposit, and we should not have to wait almost 3 months to receive our money back since, once the company refused to work on the project, the company should return the deposit to us immediately. If this issue continues to go unresolved, we will also be taking legal action against the company and/or possibly Angi to recover our losses including legal fees."

"We cannot say enough good things about Safety King. Conversations with the office staff were always friendly and professional. The Cleaning Specialists (Nick and Tim) arrived on time and were always polite, professional and friendly. The truck and equipment were first-rate. Before the job started, there was a thorough walk-through and before each phase they clearly explained what they were about to do. A final walk-through after the job showed everything completed to our satisfaction. We had a cheap contractor do the cleaning before, and they were nowhere near as good - you get what you pay for!"

"I purchased a complete heating & cooling system: furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. The job was completed successfully, and the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. My only issue was that there was uneven heating between downstairs and upstairs. There was a significant temperature discrepancy. It was much colder downstairs than upstairs. The follow-up service was excellent, but the issue still remained. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately. I will use this company from now on for any future needs and would highly recommend him."
