Off to a slow start. Tech did not arrive as scheduled. He did come the next day and promptly made the repair. He gave me $50 off for the no show the day before. The dryer works. I’m happy.

Although the diagnostic appt was set quickly, and the tech showed up on-time and I paid the $75 diagnostic fee, the follow-up has been lacking. My oven thermostat or sensor is faulting. This process started before Thanksgiving. It's two months later, and my last texts and messages have gone unanswered. My oven is still not repaired.
