Description of Work: Mostly I was asking about a busted bent and the only issue was I still had to pay $75 for them to come in and no work done. They were honest about no work needing to be done and made some suggestions on how to improve heating in house since they were there anyway. So for $75 I received good advice for any future improvement I might want to have done.

 + -1 moreOur air conditioning stopped working. We had 4 estimates. Three contractors said that the compressor was shorted out (I am an engineer and asked many technical questions). Mike from R&R identified the problem as a blown fuse in the disconnect. He fixed it quickly and did not attempt to sell me a new compressor. He repaired only what was needed for a fair price. I was delighted to meet an honest man! Mike called in advance when he was coming and was very polite and helpful. I will continue to use R&R in the future.

 + -1 moreit went very well although it took 1 1/2 days instead of one day, but no problem, I'd rather it take longer and be done right

 + -1 moreThey installed a humidifier. We had a pump installed to drain it into the laundry tub from the ceiling instead of into the floor drain. It leaked. They returned and fixed it for no charge. in a few months the tubing clogged and it flooded the basement. They fixed it for no charge. They men are very nice men but I am not happy with the problems we experienced.
Description of Work: We used them to do an ac check up and signed a contract for a year which which was to include furnace check up. We had to call repeatedly to get them to return. We also arranged to replace our furnace humidifier.

 + -1 moreThe overall service went really well. Mike did inform me of newer furnaces that are more effecient but was not pushy about it. The service took about 45 minutes and he was very courteous from start to finish. I will be contacting him in the future for an estimate on a newer cost saving furnace.
Description of Work: Furnace check-up. Checked out furnace and installed new filter for furnace and for humidifier.
