We provide sales, service on all makes & models of equipment, and new installations to the tri-county area. Our air conditioning stopped working.  We had 4 estimates.  Three contractors said that the compressor was shorted out (I am an engineer and asked many technical questions).  Mike from R&R identified the problem as a blown fuse in the disconnect.  He fixed it quickly and did not attempt to sell me a new compressor.   He repaired only what was needed for a fair price.   I was delighted to meet an honest man!  Mike called in advance when he was coming and was very polite and helpful.  I will continue to use R&R in the future.

They installed a humidifier. We had a pump installed to drain it into the laundry tub from the ceiling instead of into the floor drain. It leaked. They returned and fixed it for no charge. in a few months the tubing clogged and it flooded the basement. They fixed it for no charge. They men are very nice men but I am not happy with the problems we experienced.

The overall service went really well.  Mike did inform me of newer furnaces that are more effecient but was not pushy about it.  The service took about 45 minutes and he was very courteous from start to finish.  I will be contacting him in the future for an estimate on a newer cost saving furnace.
