We cannot say enough good things about Safety King. Conversations with the office staff were always friendly and professional. The Cleaning Specialists (Nick and Tim) arrived on time and were always polite, professional and friendly. The truck and equipment were first-rate. Before the job started, there was a thorough walk-through and before each phase they clearly explained what they were about to do. A final walk-through after the job showed everything completed to our satisfaction. We had a cheap contractor do the cleaning before, and they were nowhere near as good - you get what you pay for!

Safety King was recommended by the firm that installed our new furnace and observed the ducts were filthy. In the nine years we lived here we never had them cleaned. My telephone contacts to schedule the work were courteous and helpful; I was called the day before to confirm and called the morning of the work with an updated arrival time. The service technician, Brandon, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Upon arrival he explained the work he was going to perform in language I could understand. This is the first house I've owned or lived in with a forced air furnace; always lived with a boiler and radiators. The work was completed well within the time estimated and when he was done he reviewed the work, including before and after pictures, and made sure I was satisfied. I was. I highly recommend Brandon and Safety King.

Vern and Jordan were the technicians that did the work. Both were very professional and friendly as well. They explained everything they would be doing before getting started, and emphasized that if I had any questions while they were working, to not hesitate to ask them. At one point I thought I smelled truck exhaust in the room I was in. (The garage door was open to allow the equipment to go from the truck to the basement.) The truck itself was actually on the driveway behind the garage. I decided to ask Jordan about it, and he immediately said he could smell it, and would check it out. He explained that the direction of the wind was blowing the exhaust into the garage, which was next to the room I was in. He stopped what he was doing, and moved the truck so the wind would blow the exhaust away from the house. Not only was that an appreciated solution, but he thanked me for bringing it to his attention. I was made to feel like I was part of the team... never felt like I was imposing on them and their work. They were very clean and careful to protect our floors. When my husband arrived home, Vern took time to answer all of his questions, and showed us before and after pictures. I would definitely hire them again!

It went great. Ryan and Anthony were very professional and efficient, cleaning lots of debris out of duct work. The before and after photos were awesome. They also had some good suggestions regarding maintainence. I would use them again.

Our experience shows us that cleanings are typically warranted every 3-5 years for most homes. Dryer vents should be cleaned annually. We look forward to serving you again in the future."

Eric was quite prompt. Arrived early in the time window. Did a walk through explaining what he was going to do. Job took about 2 hours to complete. He showed me pictures of what the ducts looked like before and after. After seeing them, it appears he had done a very thorough job . He's a very polite & nice young man, also very willing to assist in putting things back in order. We're well pleased.

As always, the technician arrived on time. He cleaned out the dryer and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He was thorough and professional. I have always hired Safety King to clean my furnace, air ducts and/or dryer vent. I have been a customer for approximately 20 years.

Very Well Done! We'd previously hired another company to clean our ducts and dryer vent - a complete waste of money. Safety King came when they promised and did an excellent job. The tech's were very professional, always removed their shoes, covered corners they had to bend around, cleaned up after themselves. The personality of the tech's was outstanding. Polite, professional, personable and good sense of humor. This is the third home we've had Safety King clean and it won't be the last time. We should have called Safety King first!

Outstanding service by Marcus and Jim. My dryer vent hasn't been cleaned in at least the 6 years that I owned the house. 2 gallons of lint were snaked out by a machine. It took quite a long time. The vent has come apart, it was necessary to go into the crawl space and fix it. I am very glad that I have found Safety King. The drying time has been cut down tremendously, and I am not afraid of having a fire hazard in the house anymore. Highly recommend this company for great and reliable service.
