Royal Heating and Cooling

I've been using Eddie for years. He was referred by a builder and we first started using him for a business as a second quote for ac replacement and he discovered the previous guy had cut electrical wires on the working unit so he fixed it that afternoon. After that i have used him for any of my residential work.

I used Angie's List to find A/C repair on Saturday evening of Labor Day Weekend. There were 3 that were requested and the owner of Royal Heating and Cooling called me within an hour and a half (never heard from a Big Box and not until Tuesday for the other). He was able to give me a pretty good idea of what the issue was and gave me ballpark quote on the phone. He noted there would be an extra cost if he were to come out on the weekend or the number of his office and who to talk to Tuesday morning to be repaired right away then. He also noted what I should not pay more than for the repair if I were to go with someone else. I decided to wait until their regular hours and were fit right in first thing. I would certainly work with Royal Heating and Cooling again because of their prompt response on a long weekend as this shows great customer service and their caring/professionalism was also "spot on!"

They treat me extremely well. They respond immediately. They know how to always answer the phone, they will find a way to answer the phone. If possible I'd like to give them an A+. They price is very very fair.

Came out to check humidifier because of static problems in house. Upon opening found that it was not working and, since it was installed wrong, including a main part that was defective, it hadn't been working since installed 5 years ago! Company that installed is now out of business. They also told me that company I had over many times to clean furnace should have been checking humidifier also. And they informed me that Semco had a program that would pay for furnace cleaning once a year and other company never told me about it just kept charging me every year. They were very informative, helpful, friendly, punctual and helped me out above and beyond. Will call in future for free furnace cleanup and any other problems. Wish I could rate A++!
