Grand Blanc Mechanical

It went great. I visited my granddaughter on Sunday and it was so hot in her house and she is 9 months pregnant. She was so miserable in the heat. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately. I will use this company from now on for any future needs and would highly recommend him.

We have hired Steve on multiple occasions. He is always very responsive, goes out of his way to accommodate his clients, is highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. We will never use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. His outstanding customer service has made us customers for life!!!

I called Steve to set up a service call. Polite, professional and punctual. Called from his previous appointment to confirm arrival at appointed time, nice. Got right to work, identified the issue, clearly communicated everything that was going on with my AC: existing problem and potential issues, near- & long-term. Fixed the immediate problem. Very personable and easy to work with. No hard sell. Just the sort of contractor I want to deal with in the future (and I will). Highest recommendation.

old 30 yr old furnace broke. he was at my house within the hour. he tried everything to fix it but it needing replacing. he may be rough around the edges but he replaced for a good price and did a great job. id recommend this company to family and friends.

Steve was informative, honest about the options and cost, professional as well as formerly, and I know for sure we'll go to him to replace our furnace and air conditioner when the time comes. He was awesome.

Heat was out. Called at 0800 fixed by 1000. Entirely satisfied. Unfortunately the furnace is old and will need to be replaced soon.

This is the second time I've had Steve do work for me. Very promt and  easy to work with. Completed the entire job in one day. Left my house clean and spotless after the repair.highly recommended! I was totally satisfied with the entire process start to finish

This was our second time hiring Grand Blanc Mechanical. Steve is great. He helped us troubleshoot things over the phone at no cost before coming out. Very prompt, good customer service. Stuck to his quoted price even though he could have charged more. He's polite and friendly and did a very good job.

steve the owner came over replaced our inducer at no charge just to keep our furnace running until furnace new   came in

treated us like family wasn't like your typical CONTRACTOR

he did not add on extra costs showed up and finished the  job he said on time did extra and did not charge us

would definitely use him again

I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to deal with Steven and his  helper from Grand Blanc Mechanical.  He was on time, polite, and very helpful in explaining how to operate my humidifier.  We had priced other humidifiers and found his price to be less expensive when comparing the unit as well as installation costs.  I would not hesitate to use him again.
